I tried ordering my wedding band 3 months before my wedding from a different brand and kept running into problems with them. 3 weeks before my wedding, I finally gave up with them and ordered my ring online with Kay. My ring came in today, less than 2 weeks before, and it was still too small. I was starting to stress because it takes at least 2 weeks to get a ring resized and I didn’t have that time. But after talking with Sandra, she was able to stretch the ring to the perfect size in only a few minutes! It fits like a custom ring and saved me a lot of headache less than 2 weeks before our big day!

Comment: I recently went into Kay’s looking to upgrade my rings. I was immediately helped out by Jenny and her costumer service was amazing. She showed me different types of rings and let me try on different combinations of what I thought would look good. She gave me her input in the type of ring I wanted and what would be best for the style and shape I had in mind, her attentiveness to what I was looking for was beyond my expectations and she made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. I was able to take home my dream rings thanks to Jenny.

She went above and beyond for me and I felt she actually cared really appreciated that kind of customer service is hard to find these days. I’ll be back for future purchases. Comment: This location has always fulfilled my needs everytime I visited. When I was getting engaged/married the associates helped me to pick the perfect rings and they arrived on time (2015). Since then, Ive gone in for ring cleanings which are quick and painless. My wife and I were seen in a timely manner each time. Even today I called to ask a question about an area Im moving to with no Kay store, and the phonecall was quick and helpful. Not sure who everyone else talks to, or what time they go, but my personal experiences have been perfect.
