Comment: I’m so grateful to Kay Jewelers & Jae for the ring of my D-reams!! On our first visit, my fiancé and I were lucky enough to meet Jae who welcomed us in and greeted us like old friends! He sat us down and asked us what we know about buying diamonds, which was nothing! Instead of showing us rocks right away, he patiently taught us everything about the 4-Cs and types of setting!! He gaveUs homework and asked us to come back during the big event to chk out stones and bands! Right then and there, we knew we had found a match - us and magic maker Jae!! As advised, we came back armed with research and the first band Jae showed me I fell in love with! Now it was time to look at diamonds and he helped me pick the most gorgeous stone!! Throughout our journey, Jae was always there for us and teaching us aspects of the process and advising on signing up for lifetime protection to keep my ring sparkling forever! Now we’re going back to Jae and Kay for wedding bands! Or to hang out with an old friend, depends on how you look at it! Knowledgeable, efficient, and great service. Thank you so much!Edit approx 2 weeks later: picked up my jewelry and the repairs were flawless. Estimate was a two week turnaround and the work was finished early - a week and a half ish. Also, I received courtesy calls and e-mails informing me my jewelry was ready. The jewelry looks brand new. Maybe its because I have no clue when it comes to gems and jewelry. But I also shop at xiv karat for designer rings that require 2 months in lead time because thats the only place you can get them.Miss Erika at this Kays in culver city provides wonderful service. I come all the way from west covina kays just to deal with miss Erika. I feel really taken care of. I believe she really cares about how I feel and how the recipient of my gifts feel.
