Comment: Very friendly and helpful service. I went there to have a ring repaired. The center sapphire stone had fallen out. Even two weeks before Christmas and very busy, I was assisted almost immediately after entering the store. Price wise only $65 and included cleaning and adding a little gold around the prongs to support the stone. She said it would come back to me looking brand new and in only 2 weeks and 2 days I could pick it up. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It took me longer to park. lol. I give this store 5 stars. Also I was shown a few rings (Beautiful selection of Diamonds) as Ive been on the lookout for my 20 plus years of marriage ring upgrade. ♡ ☆☆☆☆☆ Thanks for a great experience!

Comment: I went it and try to fix my ring, it was on this Wednesday night, the lady working by herself and keep yelling when I ask her about the ring! RUDE LADY, all my friends with you told me they will never go to Kay at Arden anymore. I was going to purchase some other item but the lady was just so rude! And she even wear my ring on her finger, the most unprofessional I have seen so far!I went back again and the manager is so nice, if you ever going to this store, ask him for help. And because of this gentleman, I will go ahead and change it to five ⭐️

Comment: Staff here is helpful. Not so concerned with their commission that they are over bearing. The Manager at this location made a mistake inspecting my wifes wedding ring. But when I pointed it out that she missed a stone fell out she quickly apologized and sent it out to be fixed and even extended my warranty as an apology for almost missing it.
