The store got extremely busy while I was there, and although I was waiting for someone to help me, I was never ignored. Someone always made sure I knew they were coming to assist me even as they were finishing up their transactions with other customers. Sarah was the one who asked what I was looking for, showed me the piece I wanted to see, and completed my transaction. She was pleasant and although it was clear she was multitasking other customers with me, she never made me feel rushed or dismissed.I left happy and feeling special as she worked out a lifetime warranty plan add-on at a discounted price, thanking me for my patience with her.

And if any stone is loose they send it away to get repaired for free! Excellent product, excellent service! I love that I can wear my ring all the time, knowing that it is being taken well care of, and will be fixed if it ever breaks! And it always looks like it’s brand new! I highly recommend any brides to get their ring here!
