Comment: They have always been amazing to me! I have heard horror stories when it has come to people, I know having their rings restored. When I had my ring soldered together the original store I purchased it from completely altered one side’s architecture. Fast forward 5 years later, the prongs of my ring completely disintegrated on one side, and the diamond fell out. It took two days to find the diamond! Thankfully I found it, but was nervous Kay’s wouldn’t be able to restore my retired ring - BUT THEY DID & IT’S even better than before. They went above and beyond; restored, coated the ring and realigned the part that was previously damaged when the anniversary band was soldered on. I’m so happy & in love!

I bought my wifes engagement ring and wedding band in a different location in eastvale so i went back for a pair of earrings come to realize the sold me 2 different sizes. To make a long story short they could have swapped them for what I paid for but kept giving us a run around but when I came to the Tyler mall location they not only help us but were able to fix the mistake that a different location took months to try to fix. This location took on a pair of weeks. Super happy now. I will only be doing business with this location from now on.
