Comment: Went in today to get my engagement and wedding rings re-sized, Lindsey was the associate there to assist my husband and I.The whole process was completed quickly! She was able to get me re-sized and suggest a good size for my rings so they’d fit better, not too snug and not too loose like they were. Comment: I recently took my ring in for inspection and cleaning to the Westminster Kay’s on Beach Blvd. Jorge greeted us when we arrived and he was very friendly. He cleaned my rings and spent a lot of extra time cleaning them. He also cleaned my other ring and my Pandora bracelet and all of my charms. He did an amazing job!! We then asked him to show us a wedding band to look at for my fiancé and we ended up buying it. Jorge was very knowledgeable and informative and we really enjoyed talking to him. I hope Kay’s recognizes what a great employee Jorge is and how fortunate they are to have him on their team!

We ended up buying all 4 of our rings (we went with 2 weddings bands for me) from their store bc the service was top notch. Kays lifetime diamond guarantee is a great insurance policy to have! They want to teach you about their jewelry and how to know which is best for you. They didnt lead us to the most expensive, but to the one best for us.
