Comment: I just had one of the best shopping experiences ever, thanks to Carla Andre. I had purchased a Bulova watch at Kay’s earlier and was suddenly rethinking that it may actually make me look like an old woman due to the size of the face. Carla was so kind and helpful in assisting me in reevaluating my purchase. I know she could tell that I truly loved the watch I had purchased so she wisely showed me various other women’s watches to compare the face size. Mine was right inline with the others. She showed me one that was smaller and I could not read the time at all. She did all the right things and without making me feel stupid, pressured, or rushed.Carla then adjusted the watchband to fit my wrist perfectly. I walked out of Kay’s with a huge smile on my face.Carla Andre is the reason I will shop at Kay’s from now on. At Valley Plaza, there are four jewelry stores in the center of the mall. There could be forty and I will still be making all of my future purchases at Kay’s from Carla Andre. Thank you so very much Kay’s and Carla. You have made this old lady very happy.

Comment: My partner and I were so happy to have gotten help from the Assistant manager, Marcie. She is always beyond helpful and positive energetic. I was so happy to have been serviced by her. She took care of us with my promise ring, the diamond fell out and well long story short, the fee we were going to have to pay was completely taken care of because of someone’s mistake and it wasn’t because she took care of us with a reasonable fee; it was because of how she talked to us, how patient and understanding she was with both of us.
