Comment: Ive been shopping with Kays Jewelers for years on top of years with Kristtel Pagaron who is the manager at the Serramonte store. The best salesperson ever. Ive known her for over 15 years which was when I first met her at the stonestown store. She was very informative and helpful in picking out all my jewelry purchases and thats been a lot. I will continue to shop with her because I trust her judgment and expertise when it comes to quality merchandise.

Comment: Kristal pagan the manager of kay in serromonte was very patient and had us try a lot of rings. Which was special to us since its our wedding rings so we wanted it to be perfect. She was professional but also relatable. She wanted the best for her customers. We found our rings with the help of her and we have no doubts on our choice. We also recommended her to our best friend and they also got their rings through her store. Kay jewlers is a chain brand but her and her staff were friendly and professional at serromonte. Not up tight at all. I advise to you come and see her and her staff. They will take care of you. Or at least give them a chance. They have some good products at a reasonable price. Thanks again!

Comment: The team at Kays Jewelers of Serramonte are amazing. I popped in to see if I could get a ten year wedding anniversary gift right before our vacation to Cancun. Rita helped me down the right path and we found a set of earrings that match my wifes wedding ring. Crystal is our usual sales associate but she was off that particular day. When it was time to pick up the set, Crystal took care of me as she has for many years. Thanks you guys!
