I was so impressed with the quality of service I had to write a review. As we entered, we were greed and by Lilly and Pooja right away. We expressed what we were looking for and Pooja guided us in the right direction. Both associates were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had all our questions answered and felt well-informed before making our final decision. I like how Pooja took her time with us and gave us space to discuss and decide. I have purchased various pieces of jewelry from Kay over the years, but never have I had this excellent of an experience shopping in-store. I look forward to my next visit to Kay Jewelers Eastvale, CA.
