Comment: My wife took a pair of diamond earrings I bought for her 6 years agoI could of sworn I bought insurance for them but Kays couldnt find in their system. Nevertheless, they repaired and cleaned them for $15.00. Plus they have excellent service. Great staff. Will continue to be a customer.

Comment: Update 06/01/21: Kay Jewelers has updated their system to send an email reminder for 6 month inspection. Very satisfied with this. We have not missed an inspection since, and it greatly improves their customer service. We are very happy with this change:Original Review: Overall, I am satisfied with my experience. However, there are improvements that could be made in customer service and the communication system. If you have a warranty, it is the customers responsibility to ensure inspection every 6 months, or the warranty is not valid. Kay Jewelers has this information in their computer system. However, it will not notify you when you are due for inspection. Therefore, a warranty will expire, and you will have to pay for any and all repairs if out of warranty. Would be great if Kay improved their system to really take care of the customers and increase the value of customer service.
