Comment: I’m rating this location a five star thanks to the acting manager ESTEVAN! He was so great with us we’ve been with kay jeweler’s for about 4 years and we’d always had issues. The staff in Palmdale are so rude and didn’t understand our concerns for our jewelry and always told us there’s nothing wrong. and he immediately saw the problem and sent out our jewelry to the home store to fix I do know his store is at Thousand Oaks so I’m going to have to make the drive out their just to get his excellent Customer service!!!!!

She gave her full attention to finding out exactly what I needed, and she was sooo knowledgeable, personable, caring & fun. I will always go back to Kays Jewelers first for my jewelry needs in the future! 🥰I previously left Kevins Jewelers and they couldnt fix any of my requests. Infact on my wedding ring I had a bent shank, chipped diamond, and a moved prong. Kevins Jeweler wouldnt touch fixing it at all and I was quoted for a trade in of my wedding ring/guard ($3,500 value), for an upgrade of their ring at $6450, leaving me a whopping balance of $2,950!Kays could on otherhand ACTUALLY FIX my wedding ring (cant see the chip on diamond anyway), and it only cost me $490.00 to get it all fixed!In addition, the silver shank on my opal ring was tarnished because I did some cleaning around house. Kevins Jewelers said they couldnt do a thing to restore it! 😔But Kays Jewelers can restore my opal ring shank by dipping it in silver for $90.00 (because it is silver to begin with). Kevins Jewelers said it wasnt silver!OH MY GOSH WHAT A DIFFERENCE KNOWLEDGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN MAKE!!!THANK YOU JACKIE YOU GAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE A JEWELRY STORE COULD EVER GIVE! THANK YOU FOR REALLY CARING AND FOR TAKING THE TIME TO HELP MEET MY NEEDS!!! NO PUSHY SALSEY APPROACH EITHER! JUST THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ..WITH LOTS OF FUN AND OFF THE CHARTS HELP!!! Comment: Went in the get my ring resized. I always have issues with them finding my warranty since I had my first purchased return since a diamond fell off and had it replaced with a new one. Zion helped me and provided great customer service. She tried her best to get it resolved and continue to apologize for the long wait. Unfortunately she did not have the full support from her supervisor. It upset me the fact the several customers came in and she ignored to help. After a long wait, I finally had to approach Jackie and asked if she could please help resolve my problem since I had to wait for a very long time.

I was blessed with being helped by Akmal the general manager and his wife while shopping for a first year mothers day gift for my wife. I wanted to make a super special and get her a necklace that would be from me and our baby daughter. Upon being greeted by everyone Akmal came over and showed several option until coming upon a beautiful necklace called center of me. It was perfect in signifying how much my wife mean to both me and our daughter. Akmal was not pushy at all but super kind and tentative. Upon closing out we had deep discussion of relationship and about each other.
