I came and having some questions about a custom ring that I wanted to make, Shannon worked with me quickly and answered all my questions she took some photographs of what I wanted answered every single question I had even if I ask the same question in a different way i’m waiting on some digital sketching all working with Shane was 10 out of 10 would highly recommend any day. I was also in there looking for a bracelet for my girlfriend Marie took her time she showed me everything I wanted to look at. once I picked out the gift I wanted she even went through all of her promotions and found me an amazing deal with a promotion we didn’t even know was going on. 10/10 these two lovely ladies will take their time to make sure you have exactly what you want. I never felt rushed I never felt like I had to pick something because I was there too long I was probably in the store for over an hour, never once was there any impatience only great customer service.
