Shopping for an engagement ring is a very delicate and nerve-wracking experience. From the moment I stepped inside the store, Francisco made me feel very welcome and at ease. I told him that I was looking for an engagement ring and he promptly asked me questions and had a couple of options that fit the bill.Francisco is a wonderful salesperson and manager. I didnt feel pressured or judged at any moment. Francisco mentioned that if at any time within 30 days the ring went on sale, he would gladly make a price adjustment... and let me tell you he is the real deal! A gentleman and man of his word! Sure enough within 2 weeks the ring went on sale. One phone call is all it took, Francisco remembered me and went ahead and did the price adjustment over the phone.I am so happy to have had the fortune to deal with Francisco and his team at Del Amo. Thank you.
