I had made an appointment but was in the area earlier than expected so thought hubby and I would drop in. Jenny welcomed us and put her work aside to take us early. We hadn’t been to Kay for years and had moved from the east coast to west coast during that time. She patiently looked-up my account, researched the warranty my husband had purchased for the ring, and updated the account with new contact info. Comment: I have to say that I have always felt my experience was great at Jared Mission Valley. I believe you have a lot of choices that range from price conscious to higher. I have taken my wife’s ring to be cleaned and re-plated without issue. One of the baguettes fell out and the replaced it. It appeared to be slightly off and the replaced it agin no questions and it looks great. During COVID I needed to get my wife’s ring cleaned but for obvious reasons we could go in. I sent a message and the general manager reached out to me personally. That is pretty impressive. While I realize that Jared can feel like a “chain” I do feel they offer a lot value with the choice to spend whatever you want.

Comment: I purchased a pair of amethyst silver earrings online to be picked up at their Mission Valley location for my girl. Purchasing was a breeze. They in fact came a few days faster than expected. When I went to go to the store, I was acknowledged pretty quickly even though the store had customers. When it was my turn, I gave the gentleman behind the counter my paperwork where he returned a couple minutes later to show my order. After looking and confirming them, he placed them in a small black velvet case that went inside a secondary small box and then a Kay Jewelers bag. Gentleman was real nice and professional. I was out of there in like 12 minutes. My girl loved the earrings.
