Comment: My shopping experience at Kay Jewelers yesterday went great! Pedro was so helpful and friendly. He listened to all of my questions and concerns and made sure to show me items that fit the look I envisioned for my wedding band. He also was careful not to go too over my budget when showing me options which I appreciate. Pedro also made sure to inform me of the 12 month timeframe I have to purchase the lifetime coverage (since I did not want to do so at that moment) so that was also a plus. In the end I was able to order just what I was looking for with his help, and would definitely return for his assistance with future purchases.

Comment: I recently visited the Kay Jewelers in Northridge for a 6-month inspection of 2 rings. After waiting about 20 minutes for the help of a staff member (It was understandably busy given the upcoming holidays.), an older male staff member with glasses rudely refused to help me and said that he was too busy to do inspections given that he doesnt make commissions from them. He walked away from me to help someone else. Having driven a half-hour to the store, I waited another 20 minutes for another staff member and was overjoyed to work with Evan. He was thoughtful, patient, and tremendously kind in helping with the ring inspections, which also resulted in my making another purchase at the store. Evan more than made up for the negative experience and was a true delight!
