Comment: Always had a good experience at the Cerritos location until I needed a repair on a necklace purchased. The prev. Manager didn’t offer me any solutions after my necklace was returned without being repaired. Gabby really went out of her way and showed me excellent customer service with getting my necklace repaired and providing me updates on the process. She changed my feelings about continuing business with Kay Jeweler. Ask for Gabby.

It was quick and easy shopping with this store and I felt like the camaraderie was amazing, the overall atmosphere was inviting and made me feel like more than a customer. The manager Kristi was great too she helped solve a problem in no time. Would definitely recommend this store to someone who wants an introduction into jewelry and nicer things.

Comment: I have been a customer for a little over a year and my chain snapped. I had lifetime warranty and richy was able to assist me. He is the most genuine/trustworthy I have ever met. When it comes down to a business the workers try to sell and make the company profit but richy thinks about his customers and makes sure his customers are very happy: I am very satisfied with his customer service and the way he took care of my situation. I will definitely be coming back to him for when I get married and all the other jewelry I need

Comment: I went here. (Kay Jewelers) to finally find a engagement for my girlfriend. And I met with Candy, she is great . She was so nice and helpful. I went in to check out Neil Lane ring I seen online . It was not in the store but I seen another ring that I loved. Neil Lane 14kG Engagement Ring. Candy took care of all my questions and the end I bought the ring. And I pop the question on May 5th. And she said yes. 😀 She absolutely loves it. So Candy, my new fiance and I will see you soon to get the matching wedding band. I would recommend Candy to everyone looking for a ring. She is great! And let me not forget thank you to my new sister-in-law for helping me pick.
