Comment: Emily Quesada, Customer service was so great at Oakridge Mall San Jose Kay Jewelers. After searching all around at other jewelers for an engagement ring for my girlfriend after 18yrs, I finally was able to purchase a beautiful ring. The experience of Emily showing me lots of rings to make the moment right and not just trying to make a sale like the other jewelers I have been to all week. I was very pleased with the customer service & of Emily. I will definitely be going back to Kay Jewelers in Oakridge to purchase more jewelry for my fiancée.
