Comment: I was hesitant at first but they sure proved me wrong. Starting with Chris the salesman the experience was no pressure, easy going and very attentive with just the right amount of questions.About five days total before I finally purchased and the whole thing went smoothly and very professionally but yet low key. A problem was found just before/after signing with the FOBs not working but they called in someone to attempt repairs which they could not do. Kareem Auto, specifically Ricky, went the extra two miles and paid to have a dealer, CDJR of Sacramento (which I would not recommend doing business with after my experience with them), take care of the problem. Now the van is fully working and I couldnt be more happy.Through numerous phone calls back and forth, planning, etc. Ricky took care of my wife and I. That level of service and attentiveness is unmatched with about a dozen dealers that we visited.Thank you Kareem Auto!

Comment: At first I was nervous since I have never bought a car from a private owned dealership before, but I found a car I really like and they worked with me, got a good price so I bought the car. However on my way home I notice there were issues withthe radio. The next day when I called, spoke with Ricky to notify him of the issue and he right away took it upon himself to start working on the problem, there was some troubleshooting issues but he made calls and appointments until it was fix. Needles to say I had a great experience, it could have been a disappointing one but they really took care of us, he went above and beyond and now my family can truly enjoy the new car we bought. Comment: My review is long overdue as I got my car back in June, but after 2 months I can say with confidence that my experience with everyone I worked with was nothing less than trusting. Angelo was amazing he didnt make me feel pressured or forgotten as the day began getting more and more busy Angelo found a way to balance his time between 4/5 different customers. No matter how many times he had to run back and forth for me to see the car, he did it with such a great response. I appreciate it greatly. Then when it came time to sit down and discuss the financial details Mo was the best he was so patient as I thought out my options and when I said I would come back he was so considerate, I never felt like I was wasting his time but that my time and feelings were being heard and respected. Finally, when I traded in my car it appeared like it was it pretty rough shape and the day I turned it in it had shut off shortly after they took it changing the value of my car, but they took the time to really look my car over and and realized it wasnt a major issue at all and they fairly returned the original offer on my car. They showed integrity, and respect for me as a customer and I am so thankful for coming across this business.

My last car I purchased was from another dealership and long story short, it had a bunch of problems and I got screwed over with interest since they only accepted certain banks. However, at this dealership they have plenty of banks to choose from and will work with you to get the best rate possible. We took a look at the car and they were honest about the prior collision it had. Overall, I had a pretty good experience and my boyfriend did too. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because of the price of the car. It did have some pretty noticeable cosmetic defects on multiple panels so I thought the price was a little high, but they did agree to knock some money off the licensing fees to compensate.

Comment: This was my HONEST experience with Kareem Auto Sales!I arrived at Kareems with my eyes locked on a Prius on March 2023. Immediately I was welcomed by the salesperson, Angelo, very friendly! Asked to test drive (with no appointment), and took it for a spin! I decided to move on with the purchase. During the paperwork, we had a small issue, the issue being that the car had not been registered since 2019, and was about 10k miles over what was advertised. Kareems acknowledged their mistake and agreed to cover the 3 years registration cost and knock down a fair cost due to the extra 10k miles on the car. After that, the process was smooth, and drive home.Fast forward about a month, and I receive my registration but no sticker/tag. I wait a few weeks thinking I will get it from the DMV. It never came, so I call Kareems to try and figure something out. They told me the sticker/tag was not in the contract and that I had to go to the DMV and get it. This wasnt a big issue as it just took me about an hour to go to the DMV and pay $25 for the sticker, but it was an inconvenience :/Now the car itself, yes its running great, no issue whatsoever :)*** I have to mention that I bought a warranty with them, but havent used it because I havent had any mechanical issues, but I will take it soon for inspection/maintenance and see if the warranty holds up as the dealer told me.***Would I buy from Kareem again? Yes!

So I walked in there with my list of preferred vehicles along with my checklist of items to go over before purchasing one. The dealers name was Mike. Well Mike was impressed with my checklist and as we examined the available cars that matched my preferred list, he was happily and carefully performing my requested tasks and checking them off one by one. (ie: Checking fluids, hoses, frame, looking underneath, etc..). I had like 20 things on my list. We spent the whole day together and I test drove a few and I finally decided on a 2006 Toyota Scion. BEFORE I GO FURTHER: I want you to know that ALL of the vehicles he put through my checklist, which I think were a total of 4, ALL passed my inspection. In any case, the buying and paperwork process was crazy easy too. Comment: I was eyeing a Jeep for a little over a week, they held it for me. Negotiated on the price, and waited while I worked with my credit union. The whole team at kareem is very respectful and honest. When I needed to bring my vehicle in for repair, the owner Mo made sure I had a loaner vehicle ready to go. When my jeep was all good I brought it back. I realized I forgot my sunglasses in the loaner and when I went to get them they were still there. At any other dealer the day bans wouldve been gone. Take the poor reviews with a grain of salt. My buddy bought his jeep here and hasnt had any issues. I am enjoying my purchase and have enjoyed working with kareem autosales. The entire staff were friendly, personable, upfront, straightforward, and made us smile the entire time.There was no pressure into purchasing the vehicle and best of all, there were 3 other vehicles of like kind with turbo options that would cost us an extra $3,000. We were asked if we would use the features of the vehicle and was directed to purchase the lower price vehicle since we would not use the other features. That is a plus and shows that the company is not looking to push for higher price vehicle sales but really care about their customers.Regarding the financing, we came in with pre-approval rate of 8.34%. Comment: On 4/10/20 I purchased a Bmw M3. Ive purchased plenty of cars before but this was definitely one of the most pleasant experiences of them all. Al was a huge help with the financial aspect of the purchase and In the beginning stages of me just coming to look at the car. I was always treated as a customer should be with respect, kindness, and professionalism along with plenty of information of the car I was looking at. Comment: Went in looking for a nice cheap 4c manual car and the sales man Angelo Mesa came up to us and showed us what they had. He asked multiple questions to cater to my choosing and a blue Dodge Dart caught my eye. Really low mileage and one of the best prices around. We pointed out that the tires were pretty bald and it is the end of Nov. so it’s raining and asked if they could lower the price for the car or change the tires. Angelo agreed and changed the tires showing that they care about my (our) safety and proceeded inside to do paper work. Great experience first time buyer from dealership.

Comment: Excellent dealership in the Sacramento area. I initially sent an interested e-mail to the dealership and quickly received a response. I spoke with Alla Kalush to make sure the vehicle was still available. He was able to put it on hold for me until I could make the drive up there (6 hours away). When I arrived, it was waiting for me to drive it. Came back and offered two vehicles for trade in. They offered me top dollar for both of my vehicles. I was amazed, Al went through multiple finance company to get what I wanted with no problems. Comment: Anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle at Kareem Auto Sales in Sacramento must ask for Angelo and also have a talk with Sal. These two guys are remarkable and changed the way I think about buying a vehicle from a used car dealership. I did a long research prior to my trip from out of state and Angelo made my car buying experience very outstanding . He was very accommodating yet gave me plenty of time to make a decision and allowed me to inspect the vehicle on my own (unlike others who tail you all the time). The atmosphere at Kareem was pleasant. There was no pressure and the staff didn’t seem stressed out thanks to Sal’s management style. The process of getting my truck was pain free and when I took it to Toyota for a multi point inspection I was very pleased when they said everything checked out and there was nothing wrong with my truck which is quite a relief. I will buy my wife her next vehicle at Kareem Auto Sales and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best deal in town.

Comment: I have never felt the need to write a google review, but this place has earned it. I went in yesterday after work to look into getting a car. They not only had the selection that I searched for, but also offered a no stalking policy. A friendly car salesman came on over after 5 minutes of being on the lot, and asked if he could help me with anything. I let him know I was interested in a sports coupe and he showed me a few. After several minutes he said he would be inside,but would be happy to assist us further if we found something I liked. Finally after looking through several cars, I found a very sporty coupe that had low miles and a good price. Kamal did not just get me into this car but was able to knock up nearly 6% off the financing terms my bank was offering me. The whole process was an hour from search to finish, and could not be happier.

Comment: We had been to several auto places. Almost immediately swarmed by salesman who wanted to know what monthly payment and financing we wanted. No interest in what kind of vehicle we wanted. Mike was the associate that greeted us, and we are thankful he did. He asked if we had any questions, and then let us be. No hovering while we looked up car prices and ratings. When we were ready to look at a vehicle, Mike took us for a test drive and didnt push anything, and was very upfront that the vehicle would need some maintenance that was due. Once we had decided on a vehicle, Mike made everything very straightforward. We were quoted several options with no pressure to make a decision immediately. There is a reason I used Mikes name several times. This was the most comfortable I have ever been at a car lot. Comment: We bought a used 2007 Honda Pilot from Ricky at Kareem Auto Sales. Everyone was very respectful and helpful in answering our questions. We didnt feel rushed or hurried during the whole process. There were a couple minor issues with the car initially before we agreed to purchase, the middle console AC fan wasnt working and one window shuttered when being rolled up and down, but they were on the spot to fix it right there and brought the car up to our satisfaction for purchase. After we got home, we took the car to Honda to get it thoroughly checked and to see if there were any major issues not taken care of before purchase, and nothing wrong with the car but a minor tightening of a coolant clamp that was leaking slightly. Over all, we are very pleased with our car. Its is tip top shape for how old it is and we are glad we stopped by this family owned business and wish them well in the future. We highly recommend Ricky and his associates for your future car purchases.

Yes, as others have said the lot is a bit crowded but I think that is to be expected in a premium real estate location. Comment: Purchased a 2007 BMW 525i a couple of months ago from them and I am overall pretty satisfied with my new used car. For being a 2007 it was in amazing shape seems like this dealership knows how to buy clean quality used vehicles. They had the carfax history report readily available for me and they werent your typical pushy annoying salesmen who love to BS women into buying something. Angelo was there to let us check out the vehicle inside and out and provided us with the key to turn it on and check out under the hood. After the car checked out OK we took it on a test drive. I appreciate that even on the test drive Angelo wasnt hitting us with the typical sales pitch. He was making sure that we tested everything out on the test drive to insure its working condition and answered any questions that we had about the car and the dealership. The process of purchasing the car was the quickest and most easygoing experience that i have had. Kareem Auto Sales actually surprised me with how customer service oriented they were and the standard they hold themselves and the dealership to. I would most definitely recommend anyone to purchase from them. You dont have to be scared they arent like most of the other vultures on Fulton ave. Comment: I had a great experience with Kareem. The sales people are not at all pushy, I never felt any high pressure to purchase. I was able to speak to the owner and negotiate a price I felt good about. The purchasing/financing experience was easy and we drove are new vehicle home that day. After we got the car home we noticed it had an electrical problem with the windows. I was able to bring it back and they fixed it for free. Awesome!
