I have used him for values on my personal properties and he always comes through with an honest and accurate appraisal. Even when it may not be what I was anticipating, he walks through the numbers with a calculator so that I can get my head around the market and what is happening at that time. I have also referred him to other clients and he always follows up right away and gets the job done!
