Comment: Hands down the best jewelry shop in Chico. The customer service goes far beyond what you normally get, and they will do any design, re-design, resize, cleaning, etc that you could ever want. Have an heirloom piece that you need re-imagined? Done! I loved that I got to pick out the diamond and setting for my wedding ring, and there were endless options to choose from that they could order for me. I couldnt recommend Juliannes enough!

Comment: I brought a very sentimental family piece of jewelry in to be redesigned so I could wear it. Alli was so great with helping me with the design and worked very hard to get it just right. She is a joy to work with and knew how special this piece meant to me. The end result was better than I could have imagined. Bryan’s work is beautiful and such attention to every little detail. I left there with happy tears. They have a customer for life! Can’t say enough about them both.

Comment: Brought my engagement ring here to get resized, and cannot recommend them enough! Alli and Bryan we’re both so kind and helpful. I’m super indecisive and couldn’t decide what size to go with, and Alli was so patient and helped talk me through my options and gave me other rings to try on for a better idea of fit. And they got my ring back so quickly I barely had time to miss it!
