Comment: Recently my family reached out to Richie with Johnston Property Valuation to conduct date of death appraisals for us in Sacramento as well as Placer County. We were not very familiar with this process. During our initial phone call with Richie, he kindly walked us through exactly what was needed for the properties. Throughout the entire process he was very responsive, extremely knowledgable providing answers to all of our questions. We were impressed with how timely and comprehensive the reports were he provided us. He is easy to communicate with text, call or email making the entire process smooth and stress free. I highly recommend Richie for anyone in need of an appraisal or to just bounce a question off of him.

Comment: We have been working off-and-on with Johnston PV Appraisals since approximately 2015. He is an excellent communicator, fair, arrives on appointments on time, and prompt with his appraisals being turned in - not much more you can ask for as an objective third-party. What really impressed us, was his desire to do a deeper dive for additional data that does factor into value. that not all appraisers do (and should do). Not to mention, his ability to handle rural properties where finding comparables wasnt always the easiest task for a property valuation. We so appreciate his professionalism.
