I came here to have a few pieces redesigned and was so impressed by his work, my husband and I have been back several times just in the past few months! However, the most special piece that I just received, is my newly redesigned engagement ring in which I added a diamond that was made from my mothers ashes. I was told that it would be back in 4-6 weeks (which is standard time when you create a custom piece) and I got it in 2 weeks! Jonathan even used my old ring setting and added a cubic zirconia to it, so that I could have a ring for vacation, for free! So kind and thoughtful! I highly recommend!

Comment: I was searching for a jewelry store that was still open to repair my watch band and find a silver chain. Luckily, this place was very close to where I live, and I got there just in time. The door was locked when I arrived, but Jonathan let me in regardless, so close to closing. I never felt rushed though, and he was deliberate and thorough as he helped me pick out my items from a catalogue. He helped explain the differences between items and helped me decide. I got a call a couple days later when everything came into the store. Easy pickup as well, he remembered me and got the items as soon as he saw me enter. I think I will use this place again for potential watch repair, and I’m thinking about ordering a custom jewelry piece someday. My silver chain and watch band came out to under $90 together- affordable for me.
