Comment: I can’t say enough how wonderful everyone is at Jewelers Touch. This is the only place I can trust with my inherited and gifted family jewelry. I recently brought in a charm bracelet to have the clasp replaced that my mother in law gifted me. She was given this bracelet by her father in London back in the 1950s with charms added over that decade during their travels. Very sentimental and the Jewelers Touch staff took such care from start to finish. Kelly was absolutely lovely. A few years back I had them restore a gold and amethyst cocktail ring I inherited from a great aunt. It needed major work. I wish I took before photos of the ring because the restoration was beautiful. Their mindful work has allowed me to wear these old and dear to me statement pieces in a timeless and modern way. Brandon happened to be the person who helped me. He was very helpful and made me feel welcomed. He gave me a tour of the place and showed me all the cases of the different diamonds/ Jewelry and stations. He explained the breakdown/costs of what the work on my ring was going to cost me. (No hidden costs!)They have a little area of waters, drinks, homemade cookies while you wait. I thought that was nice. When I picked up my ring Brandon was there to go over costs again and made sure my ring was perfect again! He reminded me I can bring my ring in anytime to get it cleaned for free or any piece of jewelry. Comment: My fiancee and I purchased my wedding ring from Jewelers Touch just a few weeks ago. The ring was a special order and is one that cant simply be resized. When it arrived I tried it on straight away only to find that it was too large.We emailed Jewelers Touch, but it was somewhat late so neither of us expect to hear anything back right away. Shockingly, Jimmy got back to us within the hour and went to unthinkable lengths to remedy the situation.We live pretty far from the store (~50 miles), yet Jimmy offered to drive all the way to us the next day. He personally resize me and ordered a replacement in the smaller size. This easily added a few extra hours of work onto his day, not to mention the frustration of dealing with LA rush hour traffic.With this caliber of service, we would be hard pressed to go anywhere else for our jewelry needs. Jimmy helped me pick the perfect stone and find just the perfect setting and wedding band to fit my budget. They had BEAUTIFUL jewelry there. The store is huge so they had lots of options. They do their own repairs and stuff onsite.... you can watch them through the window! Plus, they also said that they buy gold and estate items if you are interested in that. And when I was all said and done my fiance and I took a picture with my beautiful new ring in front of their Love Wall which was done by the famous artist Ruben Rojas! Highly recommend!

I also micro-cracked the engagement ring in a few spots. I chose Jewelers Touch since it is a local family owned business with great reviews. I just walked in and they gave me a free quote within minutes. I dropped my ring off and they quoted me a week to complete the repairs. Not only were they done 3 days sooner than they quoted, but the price was a bit less than what they originally quoted too! The latest was my 86 year-old mothers wedding ring which the main Center Diamond was missing. It was in rough shape being 64 years that she has had it. Walked out with my jewelry cleaned (havent seen it look that good since I got it), a bracelet for my daughter and her sister, a necklace for my maid of honor (daughter), a bracket for my ring and his wedding band. They were fantastic from the moment we walked in to us walking out. Talk about going above and beyond to please a customer. Coffee, water and snacks were also offered. My 15 year old was happy so everyone was happy. When you go to visit the shop ask for Jessica. Loved my experience there as did the other two with me oh and she was really discrete about my daughters maid of honor gift.

Tony put a battery in my 50-year-old mini Accutron clock. While there, I spotted a flashy bracelet in the 50% off case. What a deal it was with my $50 Anniversary certificate applied to the final price. My husband is always afraid for me to stop in at JsT for batteries or repairs - LOL! They are the best!

Comment: I heard about Jewelers Touch from their funny commercials on the radio for years, so when it came time to get a custom wedding band for my wife, I knew where I wanted to go. We worked with Jason who walked us through the process, from concept to model to final product. They were transparent throughout the whole thing and everybody there is so nice. They also have a nice snack spread and coffee while you wait or browse, so there is a very inviting atmosphere about the place. Their prices, to be honest, might be on the high side, but you pay a premium to get premium service, that that is exactly what they provide at Jewelers Touch.

I contacted countless other jewelers trying to find one who could engrave on my very thin 2mm engagement band and everyone else told me that it was impossible. Well they made the impossible possible! Not only that, but they were able to get it done in time as I was in the area only a short while. Also they have fantastic customer service.
