Comment: I had the best experience purchasing my new Defender from JLR Cerritos! The dealership itself is gorgeous and modern. They also had great music playing which made it fun! Our Sales Associate was super friendly and knowledgeable. He really took his time with us answering all of our questions, facilitating the test drive, and working out a great deal for us. We felt very welcomed and it was a non- pressure environment. The GM came and introduced himself. He was very kind, willing to work with us, and professional. I am so happy we chose JLR Cerritos and I would recommend anyone interested in a new car to pay them a visit. They will take great care of you!

Comment: My wife and I had just the most pleasant buying experience you could imagine here. It all started when we contacted Gian Carlo and came in for an appointment to look at a Range Rover. He was friendly, helpful, and most importantly not pushy. We enjoyed working with him and then we got to meet the GM Mark. He’s a very nice man and really gave us the best deal possible not trying to sell us anything we didn’t need. We were very happy with the deal and most importantly my wife got a beautiful new car! In addition, they were able to match the same financing from my credit union and It was such a pleasure to deal with their financing guy Nima. Finally, they even bought my wife’s previous car and matched Car Max’s offer. All around such a great group of people and I would highly recommend to anyone to start your car shopping here!

It was a very easy transaction, as the Envision dealership had priced our Audi at a very fair price, far below market value. Jamal Ward was our sale advisor; he was polite, cordial, and very friendly. He treated us with dignity. Wael Jubarat was the finance manager for our deal and he was also pleasant and cordial. I would do business with these gentlemen again if given the opportunity. In the meantime, Im going to keep an eye on their inventory to see if I can get another remarkable deal from Envision LR-Jag.

At first I was skeptical (nervous and worried) since I have not dealt with this dealership before. However, the minute Ellie took my call I felt right at home! She went out of her way to text me every detail and several pictures of the car without hesitation.I have plenty of experience purchasing vehicles from different dealerships in my life, and one thing I learned is that a good, professional sales person can make your experience hassle free and easy.
