Comment: Working with Leander was amazing. We started with another Relator and were really feeling like we should wait. We could not get of hold of him for nothing. So, it goes without saying, when we started with Leo we had reservations. He soon put any doubts we had to rest. Leo was always willing to answer even some of our most trivial question. We sent him houses we were interested in and he did the research to ensure we would get the best chance at closing on a property. After a while all our reservations were gone and we began to trust Leo. We are happy we did because the first house we put an offer in for we ended up getting. Speaking to many of my friends and family, we kept hearing horror stories about 15 plus offers and 6 month search periods. With Leos help, we took about two months from netting him to closing on our beautiful home. Leo is very knowledgeable and communicative. I would recommend him to anyone I know. Thank you again Leo for all the hard work and research that went into securing our home.

While asking about the house, I shared my grueling experience of looking for and bidding on homes for months, with no success. Without being pushy or intrusive, he shared some insights with me and introduced me to Yvette Medina.That was a start of an amazing relationship! Within a month, my fiance and I landed a bid and now 2 months in, we have our keys and are setting into our new home! Yvette has been amazing throughout the whole process. She asked the right questions, kept me in check when necessary, had a lot of insights and continued to fight for us even after the bid was won. The home we got ended up having some AC issues, which she was able to convince the sellers to correct and even issue a Home Warranty! She has been amazing to say the least.
