Comment: I recently brought them a ring I had engraved at another location which was unfortunately a disaster. Not thinking it could be fixed I brought it to Highlands Jewelers and they reassured me that the ring could be saved. Such a relief as this was my wedding band and the wedding was the following week. Not only were they able to erased the poor job previously done… they were able to deliver such a beautiful product to me. They took the time to really explain the process they were going to use and even performed a test engraving on the spot. Once I was satisfied, he surprised me again with the cost of his services. The price was a quarter of what I had already paid at the previous jeweler.I just left there now with my ring and couldn’t be happier. Service… quality… cost… and most importantly customer service were really second to none. I really couldn’t be happier. They’ve gained a customer for life.

Comment: I have a beautiful and very delicate silver Tiffany necklace that I occasionally manage to snag and break. Highlands Jewelers repairs it impeccably and always provides a friendly atmosphere. Recently, I returned with the necklace ~ broken again, and quite tarnished. Although I didnt ask for Highlands to clean it, Victor took the time to clean it. As he explained, he simply did not feel right returning it in its tarnished state. Although the necklace became quite tangled during the cleaning process (again, its delicate!), he and his team carefully and patiently untangled it. Victor handed it over with a smile, and I was very impressed and touched by his care and integrity. Thank you, Victor!

Comment: Overall I had a first class experience at Highlands Jewelers. I met Victor for the first time and told him about an idea that I had for a gold pinky ring with black onyx. We went through countless examples in catalogs and could not come up with the right ring for me. Therefore, he suggested designing a ring with exactly everything that I wanted specifications wise and personalized. He walked me through the whole process. It was well worth the wait. He was methodical and really produced a beautiful piece of jewelry for me that was high-quality and reasonably priced. His staff including his wife and daughter are lovely people. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

Comment: I had a cut ring that needed repair. The cuts were not neat, but Victor did a truly masterful job of repairing the ring. He walked me through what would be needed and set my expectations--and then exceeded them. Not only did he beat his time estimate, but the quality of work was fantastic. The pricing was also very reasonable given the hours of highly skilled work required. I highly recommend repairs by Victor--he is friendly, patient, understanding, and a truly skilled jeweler.

Comment: We owe a huge amount of gratitude to VICTOR and the entire Highlands Jewelers for a recent custom project, which turned out INCREDIBLE!!My wifes wedding and engagement rings were no longer fitting properly, and due to the unique design, they were un-sizeable. With just a few pictures and some ideas in our head, my wife and I were AMAZED with the beautiful work product the Victor produced for us.Victor was in constant communication with ideas for the rings, and had CAD renderings prepared. Victor managed to use a majority of our original materials (gold, stones, etc.) which was extremely meaningful to my wife and I, so as to keep as much of the original *soul* present in the re-born creations. Victor and his team completed our special project in under 3 weeks, start to finish (which IMO was lightning fast).Highlands Jewelers came as a referral to us, and I am happy to in turn joyfully refer you to see Victor for your next custom *bling* creation!

We were very nervous to go into a jeweler because we did not want to be ripped off and several people had highly recommended going to Highlands Jewelers. Our entire experience was great! Comment: Called and asked if they could replace the battery in my Swiss Army watch and was told yes. Asked for the price, was told 15 dollars and 15 minutes. Said Id be there in 10 minutes, when I arrived, they were already waiting for me to drop off my watch. Came back within 10 minutes and it was already completed. Other places are charging 45 dollars for the same job. Im ready to bring my second Swiss Army watch in for repairs as I was so happy with the service.

Comment: Wow I needed my wedding ring resized after having a baby and it sitting in a box for 2 years. I was skeptical about trying a small jeweler but also saw their reviews and realized that the small mom n pop stores CARE about your needs - because they in the business and want to be there.My ring was 2 tone platinum and gold with diamond insets and inscription inside. I needed it sized up 1 1/2 sizes and expected the cost to be $300 for a solid infill. It was a bit pricier at $450 but they could match the toned and style and not impact the inscription ...wow. there is zero line here!!They also said 10 days and did it in 2. They were personable remembered me and my story and made the event of getting my wedding ring something special and not just a transaction.Its important for society to support and embrace the little guys that make up our economy and when they did such an amazing job I am.pleased.to tell everyone I can about them!!
