I got great help and recommendations from Debby Isaacs and Scott Heller to do a custom design of a new man’s ring. They spent the time needed to guide me through the process and make decisions for what was an outstanding design. The time to have my new ring made was very reasonable as was the cost. I was totally satisfied, charmed with my new ring, and will return for my next jewelry purchase.I am a repeat customer of Heller Jewelers. My most recent experience was again great and highly satisfying. I enjoyed working with Elizabeth, Joe, and Markus. They all gave me plenty of time and attention in making decisions and offering their perspectives. Their store location in San Ramon is convenient and attractive. Comment: I’ve always been looking at getting myself a Rolex as a milestone achievement, and had the opportunity to do so with Brandon just a couple days ago. First off, when I went in I was treated just like a regular customer. Brandon greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I explained my situation and circumstances of looking at a Rolex. I was given an amazing run down on models, features, and history of the company. At the end I was asked to make a profile with them to help them get me a watch. The market with Rolex is a little crazy right now, and I largely expected to walk out of there without any hopes of picking one up anytime soon, however Brandon told me that they’ll get me a watch, it’s just a matter of time. I loved the reassurance, and determination. Toward the end of the conversation, Brandon told me he wanted to show me a watch they had in the safe, and brought out an amazing DJ36. He offered it to me that first day, and I returned a couple days later to purchase. I’m someone who works in customer service, and what Brandon did was outstanding. I’ll be coming back in the future, as well as referring anyone who asks because of my experience. Thank you!

From the very first visit to the store in early 2020, she was warm, extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. She took the time to build a relationship with me as we played for almost two hours trying different styles to understand my taste and aspirations for my dream upgraded engagement ring and wedding bands. She was caring, never pushy, but always gave her honest opinion to steer me toward the very best of what my budget could afford. She kept in touch with me during the course of the year being respectful that we were in a pandemic, but letting me know that she was there & ready to pick up our interaction whenever I was. I followed up with her in November 2020 when I had decided on the perfect design. She showed me a couple of other options to make sure this was it and then paired me with a stone that was more than I thought I would ever be able to afford (and we stayed within my budget). Six weeks later, I was able to pick up my custom ring and two bands from Nancy who came into the store on her day off to ensure I was completely happy with everything. I am completely blown away! I really appreciate how after my purchase they would clean my watch anytime, always providing excellent customer service and follow up.I was devastated when my great grandmothers rosary broke. I didnt know if I should bring it in to ask Scott if he could fix it, surely they would not make any money off of this, but I knew I could trust them. They barely charged me to fix it and were so nice about it.Ive always noticed that they treat everyone the same, not like some jewelry stores with pretentious sales people.I moved to Michigan in 2016. I went to several high end jewelry stores and felt frustrated that I couldnt find the same family type atmosphere I always felt at Heller Jewelers so I called them last year hoping they would remember me.They were great. Scott and Catherines son Brandon is now in the family business, he sold me The jewelry that I wanted and shipped it to me in Michigan.I called them again last week to take advantage of their moving sale. This is where we got our wedding rings and also where she got me my first Rolex.So when it came to getting another one, I went here to browse around. Since Markus knew my wife, he helped me out. I was looking for a submariner and he was able to get me one. Thats a big deal specially during these times since every Rolex professional series is hard to come by.
