He was instrumental in coordinating anything that needed to be done in order to close. Joel was always available to answer questions and provide support throughout the entire selling process. Joel was very thorough, clearly knowledgeable, and ensured I was well informed. Joel and his team took a lot of stress off of me by handling what needed to be fixed in the homes in order to meet closing deadlines. Joel helped me sell the 2 houses extremely quick. The first one was only on the market for a week and closed in 30 days. The second was very quick as well. This would not have been possible without Joels dedication and expertise.
