Comment: Working with Anna of Grason’s Estate Sales came at a time of extreme need for our family. We were in the midst of a family emergency and while needing to clear a home filled with furniture, appliances, kitchenware, crafts, massive amounts of fabric, tools, and a whole host of household items.When Anna and her team set up the home for the estate sale, it was beautifully done. It was clear that she has a true and impressive talent. The home looked like a very nice department store.And the advertising done was great. Several of our friends and neighbors shopped the estate sale. Many said people were lined up well before the doors opened.All of the big items sold, and most of the smaller items went as well. The house was packed with treasures, so much so that each room was initially very dense with items. Though a lot of smaller items remained, Anna and her team left the home impressively neat!!Anna mentioned later that her sales goal was exceeded, which made all of our efforts worthwhile and very successful.During this very difficult time for our family, it was a comfort to turn to Anna and her team for their help. We are very appreciative.

Comment: Grason’s Estate Specialists Anna Williams and Team Lisa were a Godsend in culminating 11 years of my estate fiduciary duties. I kept telling them that they were my Angels sent as Guardians as I needed to trust a crew in carrying the baton in the final lap of this liquidation journey.I had two 50’ by 20’ barns and 2 acres full of my late parent’s treasures. This consisted of old farm equipment, trucks, cars and car parts, antiques, clocks, dolls, toys and much more. Most items were in dusty boxes, piled to the roof. My parents were from the depression, and they saved EVERYTHING!They taught us the value of a buck and to become a collector/hoarder too. What I have learned from this journey is that items you think are of value are only worth what someone is willing to pay. On my Dad’s deathbed he asked for his family, not for his vast collection.I had previously sold 49 tractors and 200 pieces of farm equipment as well as 80 acres in Nebraska, so I’ve had a lot of experience in liquidating prior to hiring Anna in California.My entire journey has been one of integrity and all decisions were made with a moral compass at the forefront. I have learned from my 27 years of project experience that success to due to 2 things. Process and people.The task for Anna to complete was a tall order. This was much too overwhelming for me to organize by myself. As in most families that lose their parents, aging siblings are not always mentally and physically able to assist with making decisions or moving heavy furniture.This is where Anna and Team Lisa come into play. First off, they have integrity. I have total faith in their decisions of what is trash and what is treasure. I trust but verified. They took away the stress of emotional decision making as they know their job and the business of antiques. The group is happy, respectful and they work just as hard as my Nebraska relatives!They have a great process too. The synergy of the group showed in how much they accomplished in a short amount of time. The creative display of my parent’s treasures was breathtaking! I did not have their vision and was so surprised and excited with the layout for the sale. She also has the ability to broadcast information about the sale as she has quite the following. If it had only been my social platform for advertising, no one would have shown.Honest, respectful, trustworthy, punctual, driven and a creative genius with a flair for creating beauty out of chaos. This is how I describe Anna and her teamThis job was a huge undertaking and they performed beyond my expectations. We had no issues at all during the sale. I am so very proud of this group and I appreciate their services. This team knows how to sell!I highly recommend them.

I was Employed by the Executives of an Estate in Apple Valley California since the death of the owner of the Estate where I also was previously working for the deceased owner of the property. The Executives of the Estate called many Estate Sale Liquidation Companies, and Anna and her crew at Grasons Co Estate Specialists were the only Company that actually returned his call. Anna and her crew were Punctual, Professional, Respectful and just downright AMAZING!!! THIS WAS NO SMALL PROPERTY! This property was a three bedroom Ranch House on 5 Acres of land with Stables, Tack Sheds, Saddle shed and Ranch Guest house, Chicken coops, Aviarys, and multiple sheds. I will be faced in my own personal family with having to hire an Estate Liquidation Company and I would not hire anybody but Anna and her Graysons family 😁

Comment: I had an experience in Hesperia a few weeks back, prior to Christmas. The Estate sale was managed by Lisa and her husband Stacey and their team. I just wanted to comment on their professionalism, when an incident occurred as I went to purchase my items. My items were on table with my my name on it. An item went missing and team worked quickly to determine how the item disappeared. Long story short, someone had removed the item from the table and attempted to leave with it. An eyewitness verified that the item was removed and money was left on the table. Lisa quickly resolved the issue and my item. Its their professionalism and integrity that will keep me a Grason customer. Thank you Lisa, Stacey and your team for your actions and your character. Speaks volumes of of how you conduct your business and care about your customers.

Comment: With the chaos and challenge of moving from a home after 25 years, Anna and everyone from this Grasons were a blessing. Even during COVID-19, they were organized, professional, & reasonable. We didn’t have to sort, organize, display, price, advertise, haggle, or haul anything! Got our check right away for the proceeds, and a nice receipt for the leftovers that were donated to charity and picked up same day! I was so pleased to just hand this part of moving off... don’t hesitate to call them.

Comment: I have been to many estate sales and this company by far is the best. The sale items are always neatly displayed and the prices are extremely reasonable. The employees are always friendly and eager to help answer questions or help you carry out your items to your car. I also like the fact, that after getting on the mailing list, I get and email of the new sale location and pictures of the items being sold every week.

Comment: Anna and her staff from Grason’s were AMAZING!!! She came in and tackled a hoarder’s house. They were able to go through all of the house and beautifully stage all of the treasures. She did a fantastic job of selling 90% of the goods. She was a lifesaver. I highly recommend her services.
