Comment: 1/27/2021I sincerely am grateful to Vince and his team, especially Trish, at Graysons Elite. From my first phone call to them and throughout the whole process, they were extremely professional and took care of every aspect of the advertising and sale for me. They made emptying a whole 4 bedroom house full of furniture and decorations seamless and did it completely within 3 days! They even took extra care to get the best price for a diamond ring and Louis Vuitton handbag I wanted to sell. From start to finish I felt confident with their team, their professionalism and honesty. I would totally recommend Vince and Graysons Elite and wouldnt hesitate to use them again in the future.

From my initial call with Vince to our last email he was always prompt in response, courteous and helpful. The house was left neatly and the accounting was provided quickly. Comment: Grasons Co was recommended to us by a friend who regularly attends their sales and we are so grateful. Vince and team made a difficult situation so much easier. We had no idea where to start, how much anything was worth or even how to organize everything. Vince was great! He had the whole process going so fast, the team setting everything up, organized and priced and they held an online sale (due to current circumstances). He had the results to us quickly and his communication throughout was extremely responsive and quick. I thought maybe there must have been two of him to keep up with so much he had going on :). We were happy with the results and with so much on our plate, it was relief to not have to worry about this aspect. He even had options for the items remaining. We couldnt have done it without them. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of this service.

Comment: I met Vince about 8 months ago, when I was inviting local professionals I wanted to work with to my professional networking group. At the time, Vince wasnt able to participate but we met, discussed each others services, and stayed in touch. Well fast forward, I had a seller moving out of the area and basically wanted to sell 80% of what she owned at an estate sale. Ive been in real estate for 14 years and this was my first so I was very thankful that I already had a relationship with Vince. I looped him in, we all met together, put a plan together in terms of what we were going to sell, and when the estate sale was going to happen and we let his team go to work. Honestly it couldnt have gone any better than it did. Vinces team sold basically everything, and anything left behind, they coordinated a pick up and donation so my seller didnt have to worry about a thing. Vinces team went above and beyond. They set up the items for sale perfectly, they respected the home and took very good care of it during their time inside, and the one thing that wowd me the most was the sale of one final piece that we were actually going to use in the design of the home (because we had the home staged afterwards). Vince and his team sold a pool table that the seller was just going to leave behind for the new buyer. He not only sold the pool table for top dollar, he negotiated that the buyer allow us to use the table until the home sold before he picked it up. It truly was a win-win! After the sale, my team and I went to work, sold the home in 8 days, with a very short 14 day escrow window. Vince continued to stay in touch and coordinated the professional removal of the table so we could hand over the keys to the buyer the very next day. I was amazed by his willingness to get his hands dirty and get the job done. There is no doubt Vince is our go-to for all estate sale needs in the future.

At every step of the way, the communication was timely and clear. His staff was extremely respectful and enjoyable to interact with. Most importantly, the sale was successful and earned us more than we had anticipated. I would highly recommend Grasons and would not hesitate to utilize them in the future.

Comment: I had what I see now as a privilege to work with Grasons Co Elite South Orange County twice in the last few years, initially with Vincent. With the death of my brother my first estate sale consisted of a house full as well as a 3 car garage stacked ceiling high with fine furnishings, art work and many other items. I hired Grasons because it was a task I would never be able to do myself and I didnt have the expertise of the value of all items like they do. I was living out of state at the time so I left everything in Vincents hands and allowed him to use his own discretion in making decisions. I cant tell you just how valuable Vincent was for me in the process. An overwhelming task which he was so excited and enthusiastic to get started on.I just had my second one just a month ago, the situation was a bit different because although I once again had a lot of stuff, I was selling the home and only wanted to leave with a suitcase of clothes. Vincent was incredible working with me to try and set up an estate sale date, not easy because we needed a definite closing date. While being a stressful time, Vincent was always willing to do whatever adjustments we needed in order to have this sale as close to closing as possible. He provided me with a team of people, specifically Kevin, Ally and Joe. Kevin was my go to guy who headed up this team. These guys were the best, couldnt recommend a better group of people to work with. It was an emotional time for me so I know I wasnt the easiest to deal with but these guys are true professional, respectful, compassionate and pleasant people to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone contemplating doing an estate sale. From staging to pricing to helping people load their items and willing to make deliveries, theyre the best of the best. I never write reviews because Im not easily impressed but I could not let my experience with these guys go unnoticed.
