They have the entire estate sale process streamlined to a T. Vince was always available to answer questions and maintained communication on all the details. The setup, staging, and sale was quick and professional. They even referred us to a clear-out group that helped with any residual items after the estate sale. In the midst of a difficult time, they made the entire process simple, quick, and headache free.

She even went beyond her duty when a “customer “ was disrespectful and used the facilities and left a stinky mess. She personally went back after hours and cleaned.The sale was a success and I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone who is moving or downsizing.

Comment: These guys were great to work with. Vince was graciously accommodating, patient with our questions, and quick to reply to calls and texts. He was forthright and never over-promised. And, he and his team know their stuff; we were selling a wide range of things: art, wine, coins, curious, as well as the accumulation of household things that come with living in a place for decades. We were out of state when the sale happened but had several friends go who said things were laid out beautifully and all guests were treated with respect. We were nothing but pleased.

Comment: My expectations of working with any business in today’s world is very low. That’s unfortunate. Having low expectations though creates a thrill when you find a business who nails it! Good lord what a surprise and delight working with Grason’s Elite. I had tried a couple of other estate-sale companies before Grason’s but ran into problems with each right from the start. Having little patience I reached out to a resource who found me Grason’s. I was really dreading this sale of my mother’s estate and can tell you that the service with Grason’s was nothing less than remarkable. I worked with Vince and Wendy. Each answers their phone and believe it or not usually by the second ring. If for some reason they can’t get to the phone they text you immediately letting you know when they will call you back – which they DO! Every single aspect of service and price ran past my expectations. They showed up at the house the very day and hour they promised; they completed their work exactly as they said and it was impressive: I could not believe walking into my deceased mother’s home and seeing how EVERY single one of her items had been price-tagged, merchandising beautifully and grouped by product types throughout the home. Vince quoted me a set-up price and the final was about 70% LESS than his estimate. He quoted me a clear-out fee that was ridiculously below anything I would have guessed. Our final check was clearly above all my expectations. This might be the only business I have worked with in years who can deliver on everything you are looking for: great service, a quality product and a great price.

Comment: I had a wonderful experience this Vincent and all his employees. They know their merchandise and price accordingly. They will let you get as aggressive as you want In order to move items. Very organized, quick in sorting items and very good with the customers. It was the best part of cleaning out my moms house. Very much enjoyed their help and professionalism. Things that don’t sell he can have a service pick them up and repurpose items for a credit on removal of leftovers items. Thanks Vincent and crew!

Comment: Incredible service! There are not enough “stars” on a 5-star scale to rate this company. I lost a loved one and had a residence in Tustin, CA that was filled with antiques and lots of furniture. I was “out of state” and he held the sale during Covid-19 times. The communication with Vince at Grayson’s was incredible!! He also sold 2 cars from the estate for me. Imagine how hard it had to be to liquidate an estate from out of state. I felt always in control and up to date of what was happening. The accounting at the end was wonderful, easy to understand and money was transferred online. Phenomenal, honest service. You will not find a better estate sale service.

The process is simple and seamless starting with Vince doing a site survey and estimating the time to stage/market the merchandise. Vince and his team then show up with everything needed to run a state of the art sale with a phenomenal book of business and online presence that draws a great clientele. They then run an extremely organized and efficient sale for the number of committed days. We recently enlisted their services and couldn’t be happier with the results and professionalism of the team. Comment: My dad passed suddenly from stage 4 pancreatic cancer and left my family with a house full of various items, such as artwork, coins, vases, figurines and sports memorabilia. They were worth too much to sell at a garage sale and we did not have the time nor the connections on getting all of these items appraised. Thats when I found Grasons and as soon as I spoke with Vince, I knew that I made the right choice in hiring him and his team at Grasons in managing our estate sale. Vince was down to earth, professional and very thorough in explaining the estate sale process for me. Trish became the main person who handled the estate sale from the set up to the end of the 2 day estate sale. My family loved working with Trish! She was personable, professional and her enthusiasm and energy were contagious! We had the entire estate sale in our garage and all of the items were set up fabulously just like an exhibit. We were extremely impressed on how the 2 day estate sale was handled during this COVID19 pandemic and just how smoothly and efficiently it went. Trish and her team were even able to sell my dads 1985 Mercedes 380SL by the second day of the estate sale, which was amazing! My family are truly grateful for Vince, Trish and the rest of the Grasons team for making the estate sale a success! We could not have done this without them. We would HIGHLY recommend Grasons to anyone and everyone.

Comment: I love coming to their sales! The staff is always very friendly from their manager Justin to their owner Vince. I would highly recommend going to one of their sales, they are very organized and always have very fair prices. It’s awesome how they turn a home into a mini store and it makes it fun for me to shop. I will definitely continue shopping with them for many years to come!

Comment: Vince is one of the most reputable people I have ever met. We had 3 other businesses view antiques, silver and other collectibles in my moms home, and we couldnt wait to have them leave. One was so bad, I wouldnt let him buy anything.There are a lot of scam artists out there, willing to downplay your valuables, rip you off because they know you have a lot of other work on your hands, and play on your sympathies. Dont trust them - especially the people that have years of experience doing business in Laguna Woods. I think some might even give kickbacks to the realtors that refer them.But not Vince - he shows up at your convenience, is considerate of your belongings, reviews everything, provides you with an itemized total of collections, and is prompt with your payment. I wish I could refer him to more people!Thank you Vince,AM

Comment: Even after family and friends had been through the house to collect mementos after my uncle passed, we were still left with the great majority of 50 years of stuff from a family that never threw *anything* away. We knew some items were valuable and some were not, but we had no idea what we were going to do to empty the house and close escrow in a few weeks. So - in desperation, even on the weekend - we called Vince just to see how Grasons worked, and he set up an appointment to tour the house on Monday morning. That was the last we had to worry about it. Vince handled everything regarding the sale both pleasantly and professionally, informing us of progress along the way. His team organized and knowledgeably priced everything, held a very successful sale in a very limited amount of time (we closed escrow the Monday after the sale finished on Saturday), and even offered to do a cleanout of what little was left had we not already made arrangements with someone else to do so. I would not hesitate to recommend Grasons of South Orange County to anyone, and in fact, would encourage them to do so instead of garage sale it themselves. Thank you, Vince and Grasons!

Comment: Wow! Such an awesome company. This group really went over and beyond to help us help my grandmother transition from her home into a nursing home. They were super attentive to her needs while remaining mindful of her condition as well as her apprehension to move. Sincere and dedicated to help, they basically cleared out the house in 3 days AND had a cleaning crew come in after the sale. We were not expecting to collect the amount of money from the sale that we did which was a huge blessing. Thank you Vince, Nick and crew for making this estate sale a success and for your level of professionalism throughout the entire process. This company is upfront, honest and gets the job done!
