Comment: My wife bought me a new wedding ring from one of their catalogs and we had it for 3 months before it broke due to a design flaw. We brought it back in and the owner, Terry, replaced it with store credit so that we could pick out a different style. We ended up getting a even nicer ring that I liked even more than the first and Terry TOTALLY took care of us!!! She even cleaned my wife’s wedding rings and my old ring for free! We have bought several pieces from there, and I intend on going back to buy another piece for my wife since she has beaten Breast Cancer! We love Gold Rush and tell all our friends and family about them! Their products are great, with a large variety of options, but it’s their service that keeps us coming back! Thank you Gold Rush for making a difficult situation a great experience.

I love the staff, they are all so knowledgeable and friendly, I learn a lot when I go in there. My only problem with Gold Rush is that they have five stores and I really can’t decide which is my favorite store :) because they all have the most beautiful jewelry and each store is different from the others.

I have always had good service and since recently moving to Petaluma have recieved the highest degree of both service and extreme competence in the jewelry repair service. Though I have not asked if in fact the stores are owned at this time by the same owner, the fine quality of pieces and quality of service seem very cohesive.Every girl needs a BFF Jeweler (I think BFF means best friend forever jeweler. Not only are the people incredibly nice and knowledgeable, they are patient and very, very kind.I brought in some old jewelry to get an assessment of what I had. Some of it was my Grandmothers jewelry. I was so surprised to learn that these pieces had diamonds (the jewelry was so dirty), and that there was quite a bit of value in each piece. Aside from spending time with me and explaining each stone, they cleaned my wedding ring and replaced a pearl in another ring. I fell in love with a gorgeous white gold halo setting, but it was set with a 2 carat diamond, and mine was less than 1. They were able to rebuild my dream setting to fit my family diamond, and got me the custom wedding band to go with.
