The first experience I had was trash, a male employee sitting at the front desk did not want to let me see the SRT stating they had to run my credit before even looking at the car which was ridiculous. I was not asking to test drive it but to simply see it.2. I walked out because of how unprofessional that employee was but David BANUELOS came out and helped me out instead. When helping me out David was friendly and very helpful. It was not the best experience but David did provide FIVE STAR service! Thank you David!

They provided me with outstanding customer service and they changed all of the fluids on the vehicle I was to buy on the spot. The quick overhaul saved me so much money; for an already unbelievable deal I got on the vehicle. I felt guilty asking for the warranty which was included. I have never been so happy buying a car. I am not exaggerating when I said that they treated me like family. They assured me that if I had any issues or problems they would take care of me. I recommend this hidden gem of a business to my friends and family. If you are thinking of other dealerships but dont like their price, I think this place will definitely make you feel great about purchasing a vehicle. 10/10 will buy my future vehicles here.

Comment: My salesperson, Lidia was very helpful and made me feel comfortable asking questions about the car! She was very kind and professional and helped meet my car needs perfectly. Frank, the finance manager was also very professional and had a great sense of humor. He got straight to the point and made the business deal as smooth as possible. I also had a great experience with Glendale Nissan’s service center. Victor gave me the best advice possible when trading in my old car and was patient when breaking down information on the diagnostic. Great dealership and would definitely come here again!
