Gitta understood the emotional side of things and walked my brother and me through the entire process. She handled everything!! She even went up to the house to water the plants and bring the trash cans in off the street when we were unable to do so.She always worked with in our schedule, and informed us every step of the way ...when someone would be at our home for inspections or private showings or repairs. She staged our home beautifully so that when we saw that professional photographs that she arranged for, our family home looked like something out of Home and Garden Magazine.Gitta is so professional, thoughtful, and kind. She walked us through each offer in terms of the pros and cons, and guided us even though ultimately everything was our decision. Comment: Gitta helped sell our home for us and was a pleasure to work with. Responsiveness, trustworthiness and knowledgeable are just a few words to describe Gitta. From the moment I reached out to her, to her first text asking if I was available for a phone call, to setting up a visit to the house (during Covid mind you), to setting up the professional photographer, listing the house, texting me appointments for showings, explaining every single step in this process, to just keeping us in the loop on escrow, the buyers demands, requests, and every single thing in between, she was such a trooper and has the most lovely personality. I would trust her to sell multiple homes for us (if we had them) but if we decide to sell our new home, she will definitely be on speed dial to sell that one too and my first recommendation if friends and family ask for a realtor.
