Comment: This place is wonderful for so many reasons.I have a rose gold bangle that needed to be reshaped. I first took it back to the luxury brand I purchased from, and they told me it needed to be reproduced which would take 6-12 months and cost almost half the retail price...So instead I took the bracelet to Geoffreys where William examined it, provided a reasonable quote, and had it fixed in less than two weeks!A couple of weeks later, I took my rose gold ring (same brand as the bracelet) to Geoffreys for repair. It had a few dents and William was able to minimize them by polishing the ring for free. The entire process took less than 10 minutes and when I got my ring back it was so shiny it looked brand new.Shout out to William for being so helpful and also to the staff at the front desk for being so responsive over the phone and welcoming. The store itself is really nice and they have a refreshments stand as well as a fancy outdoor patio in the back. I also had the chance to browse their fine jewelry selection and the designs are beautiful. Very interested in purchasing my next piece of jewelry here!

From start to finish the process was enjoyable and fun.Through changing my mind on side stones, being unsure of gallery work, etc everyone was understanding and kind when I wasn’t 100% happy with something.Cindy was kind and knowledgeable about every last detail, and Aaron is an absolute wizard at finding stones, seriously. If finding immaculate stones was an Olympic sport, Aaron would have a track record like Phelps.We are beyond happy and satisfied with my ring. No matter where you are, Geoffrey’s is the way to go. We are in Montana and the process was still seamless!

Comment: Aaron and William at Geoffrey’s did an amazing job helping us find our perfect Old European Cut center stone (and we searched far and wide from around the globe, NY to LA). Aaron was able to help us snag this beauty at a great price, was never pushy in the process, and worked in record time to get us the best options possible while being respectful of our budget. He also patiently sat with us for hours as I mulled over all the little details and went back and forth between design options. William was also patient and attentive to the details when mocking up our CAD and as I went through iterations of design and style.The ring came out beautifully! All my friends and family say they’ve never seen anything like it and that they love it too. I would highly recommend Geoffrey’s for their excellent service and high quality products.

Comment: They did a custom engagement ring for me, and it was the most delightful process. I made a design, and it was completely realized better than I could have ever expected! The whole process was so interactive and I felt like they really catered to my needs and learned about me and my now fiance. From the first time we walked in randomly, they sat us down and gave us water and coffee. They really helped us learn all about the diamond industry and what it looks like, especially here in the valley. They showed us what they could do and offered great prices, especially for the quality and service they provide. The choice was easy, and Im very glad that we happened to stumble upon Geoffreys.

Simply said, I was just unable to wear it due to loosing so many channel set stones annually when my ring would warp to my finger.. The consistant repairs were becoming a routine thing and was told it was either redesign or remake it...After several years of contemplation, I choose to redesign.I came in contact with Geoffreys in Campbell and spoke to Elisa and William. William took my pictures of what I wanted and in a matter of 30 mins had sketched my design. I wanted to incorporate all my diamonds from my ring to the new one, have an east west setting and a pave shank with 4 tube set stones underside. Simply amazing!Thank you Elissa and William!! The pictures do not do justice to how absolutely stunning and shinny my new ring is.(My new ring in WG and my old ring YG)

Comment: Came in with a friend today to look at wedding bands. We had the sweetest interaction with Cindy. She was very helpful in showing my friend her wedding band options. Meanwhile, she also offered to clean, polish and dip all my jewelry! I had 4 rings, earrings, and a necklace looking brand new and sparkling brighter than ever.One of the owners was there and he was so kind to examine the diamonds and tighten them as needed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The lovely jeweler also noticed I was missing two small diamonds on the halo and band of my ring ( which I probably lost 9 years ago) and Cindy offered me a quote to replace them. Imagine my surprise when after they finished cleaning my wedding ring she told me as a gift they replaced the diamonds on the spot..... for free!I couldn’t believe the level of customer service at this jewelry store. They were giving high quality service with a personal touch We didn’t buy my wedding band or engagement here a decade ago, but I wish we did since they were so nice and helpful.Most of all we didn’t feel pressured and very at ease surrounded by all the beautiful diamonds. They made us feel very special and like personal friends. Highly recommend coming here if you want to have an honest and exceptional jewelry experience. I plan on coming back myself.

I took some of my late mothers jewelry that wasn’t wearable and they were able to turn it into something I could wear everyday. They handle everything with such care and respect to make sure it is done correctly. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring and I was soooo impressed on the quality they put into making my ring to this day I still receive compliments daily!! Aaron was so helpful in answering all of our questions about the type of diamond in it’s cut, clarity, color and carrat. When we picked out my fiancé’s ring they didn’t have the one we wanted so they were able to get the ring so my fiancé could try it on before we purchased it. They took the time to explain the material used and sized my fiancé multiple times to make sure the fit would be perfect. After cleaning, then recleaning my rings because they were so dirty, they checked the stones. The setting in my ring was loose so they fixed it...for free!! This led me without a ring and less than a week to find a new one.Luckily, or rather unluckily, my cars check engine light came on and I took it to a shop (inport connection) that was recommended to me by a family friend. Upon dropping off my car I see Geoffreys diamonds and goldsmiths. I figure Ill go on and see what they can do and sure enough they delivered! Within 20 minutes I had a beautiful ring at a fair price. I love that you can bring in your jewelry as often as you’d like for a cleaning and they always offer to clean my other jewelry that I bought years ago elsewhere. Most other places will charge for cleaning or buffing out the little nicks I get in my band but not at Geoffrey’s. The customer service doesn’t end when you buy something and they’re always very patient and helpful. Comment: I had the best experience here. I had a 4 stone diamond ring that belonged to my late mother, and I wanted to make a custom ring with those diamonds and my solitaire. I did a lot of research before finding this gem of a jeweler. I would not trust anyone else with such an important and sentimental item. They made the perfect ring, and they truly are the kindest and most professional of any jewlers I have talked to. When it was time to resize my wedding band, and buy one for my husband we were happy to do business with them again. Whenever Im nearby I can pop in for a quick ring cleaning and it looks brand new.
