We originally throught the mach e was meowing while charging lol. Finally, figured its a kitten in there. We were going to take it back in to have the kitten removed, however, his coworker Dylan, runs a cat rescue came over Sunday night and helped us rescue the kitten. Its service above and beyond what we had expected, especially on a Sunday evening.

Comment: Fritts Ford had been calling us about our 2020 Fusion hybrid. The lease doesnt end until March of 2024. But they said our car was in demand and we have a lot of equity in it that could go towards a new car and we should come down and discuss our options. So we did. They said we could trade the car in now, with thousands of equity, buy it outright or just wait to the lease ends then decide. To our surprise, they did not pressure us to get into a new car and in fact told us that it might be best to buy the car and keep as these are good cars. Then they told us to think about about it and let them know what we wanted to do. No pressure which we we appreciated. On a side note though, the availability of new cars (not trucks) is pretty slim. There really wasnt anything that fit our liking and budget. And if you ordered a certain car, it could take up to 18 months for it to come. Anyway, we continue to enjoy dealing with Fritts Ford and will probably buy out the car.

Comment: My salesperson, Jesse Granados, was wonderful, although he had a manager named Nick who came in and I felt I had gone back 30 years when salespeople were going out of their way to make me uncomfortable. I had ordered my Ford Maverick Lariat 454 days before, and Nick kept bringing up the fact that the price should have been a certain price although I had a contract. I had already applied for and been approved for financing, although Nick wanted me to do it all again. Finally, after 3 hours of talking, I was able to get out of the main part of the dealership and to the finance manager, Majid Khazali, who was nice. I had gone to this dealership because of going through carpro, even though I lived 100 miles from this dealership. While dealing with Nick, I thought he was the Nick Caposio listed in the carpro website, and asked Mr. Khazali if the Nick I had been dealing with was really Nick Caposio, and he said no. I was so glad because I would never deal with the Nick that I had dealt with. Jesse Granados tried to make it better, but being Nick was his boss, it was hard for him. Jesse stayed over 2 hours after his shift ended to take care of me, and I really appreciated it. Nick received a 1 and the only reason I put a 5 on this is because of Jesse and Majid.

The window price on the used car was only $1000.00 less than new one so I weighed my options.While I am enjoying my new vehicle the total all in experience was just kind of eh.Because of the current market conditions the buyer does not get the same appreciation we would have say 4-5 years ago.The attitude of the dealership was more of well if you dont by it, someone else will.Now I did need a car so I didnt have the nerve to say no thank you, and just walk out hoping they would call me back in.And they reinforced that feeling often with comments like that. So there was no room for negotiation or really working with me. I have no one to blame but myself because nobody forced me to sign paperwork. Comment: Went on a Saturday around 9am for an oil change maintenance routine. Which took around 3-4 hours no problem. When I picked up the car a nice woman named Vanessa gave me a printout explaining I had a nail and some other issue with my tires and needed an alignment. I appreciate the communication. Overall was a good visit

Comment: We took our Navigator to Fritts Ford for servicing recently. We were very happy with the treatment we got from Marina, the agent who took care of us. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and the staff and customers were all masked. We also appreciated having use of the courtesy shuttle; we were driven to a nearby mall to shop while waiting for the car to be serviced. Visit Fritts Ford - you won’t be sorry!!!

Highly highly recommended coming here for your next car!As soon as we arrived we were greeted (which was great because we saw a listing online we wanted ) by a very friendly Austin, who helped us graciously locate, test drive and inspect the car we had in mind! And through out our car buying experience! Took his time never rushed up or made us feel like our money wasnt going to get us a car that day. Considering we are younger. So we appriciate that a lot! We also encountered Nick K. off referral to help us with our contract, who also was amazing at what he does! He helped make the process painless! And our last encounter was with Ray! He was just as friendly and helpful as the others and very efficient and organized with all the papers, while explaining it all to us! Drove off the lot probably within 4? Hours. Which by dealership hours is pretty fast!Will be returning in the future for a new car which that time comes and telling family/friends who they need to go see! Thank you!

Comment: When my new 2019 Ranger had an issue, I brought it to this dealership. The service manager was excellent, treated me kindly, and took care of my issue. I was stranded in Riverside and needed to get back down to San Diego for work the next day. The service manager made sure I had a rental car, and called regularly to give me updates on my vehicles repair progress. Considering that I didnt even purchase my vehicle from them, they did an excellent job! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Fritts Ford. Now that I have moved close to the area, I plan to have Fritts handle all of the maintenance and service for the duration of the vehicles warranty.
