My sister and I were on a mission to get her earrings fixed due to the clasp not fully closing resulting in multiple scares of having lost an earring from them not being secured properly. We thought that the time frame to get it fixed would take a couple of days but we were surprised with being able to leave the store in just minutes after letting Stephanie know about our problem with the earrings. Ive had this Brazilian wedding ring for almost 10 years now and they made it look brand new again. Gave me multiple options depending on how much I wanted to spend. All of the guys there have top tier customer service, and are very professional. It was completely black, tarnished, and heat damaged. I thought my ring was unrepairable. I had walked past this jewelry repair store many times in the mall. And finally after 7 months, I was willing to pay anything to get my ring repaired. When I walked into the store I was greeted by a friendly gentleman, Ali, who looked at my ring with the oh my look. But he wanted to try. He handed my ring to a even more determined women named Stephanie, that was even more excited for the challenge to repair my ring. She gave it to their expect jeweler in the back, Gio, who again I would thank over 1 million times for the amazing job he accomplished. My ring now looks more amazing then when I purchased it at Kays Jewelers. And the cost, well Im not going to flaunt that, but it was cheaper than buying a ring in a gum ball quarter machine. Two other repair shops needed to send it out to see if they could salvage the band. Walked in to fast fix and about 5 min later I am walking out with a repaired watch!
