Comment: Fast-Fix, in the Westfield Galleria in Roseville CA, is conveniently located just inside the southeast door, between Land Ocean and The Cheesecake Factory restaurants. It is my first stop whenever I need a watch battery replaced. They do replacements in the time it takes to run one errand in the mall (1/2 hour).The batteries I have had replaced have lasted well too. FastFix is the only place I need to remember when my watches and clocks start having problems. I have also used them for adding or removing links from my watch bands. They know their way around watches.

They can do same day service most of the time, meanwhile other jewelry stores need to send the ring somewhere and wait to send it back, I didn’t want all that for my wedding ring to be resize, so I went to fast fix and they did a perfect job resizing, also my ring was very sparkle clean when the job was done. I replaced the watch battery and repaired the glasses frame at his house, and every time I was very satisfied. The boss also helped me correct the frames of another pair of sunglasses for free, solving the problem of my glasses having too wide frames. There is a skilled and attentive repair shop near here, which is really great!

Comment: I came in to get a couple of my rings repaired as they were missing some stones. Two of them were just missing a small diamond on the side but one of them was missing one of it’s large main stones. I was so happy they were able to fix all three rings! The main stone that was missing was a pear shaped natural garnet and I was worried it would be very expensive to replace and very hard to find. But they were able to find a new stone and cut it to fit my ring in only about a week. I see other reviews complaining about the prices here however I do not agree. I think the prices here are very reasonable, considering other jewelry stores like Shane Co. quoted me $1,500 for a replacement stone and an additional $150 mounting fee! This place was able to find a new stone and mount it for me for only $69! They saved my wallet! I will definitely be coming back when I need anything else repaired. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because the replacement stone is cut a little differently than the other stone already on my ring, but I am still very happy to have my ring finally fixed.

Comment: Shocked to discover they could fix my beloved bifocals in under an hour ! the arm had broken completely off. the staff was so completely welcoming and accommodating to all three of us that came in. especially warm to my disabled son. in the pic the left side is where the weld was made just after the where the screw is. said to be stronger than the original. when we returned to pick it up i mentioned that i needed a very strong steel chain that i could remove over my head without removing my beanie or any hair clamps i may be wearing. they finally found one AND fulfilled my request of removing the weakest point and simply removed all the end parts (clasp and connecting rings) and welded (soldered 🤷🏻‍♀️) it into one continuous chain ! in 10 minutes ! i was beyond pleased. will continue to use this location for all my repairs !!!

I was on vacation from Hawaii and had two pieces of jewelry that needed repair, one for my usage and one to pass on to a much younger family member. They cleaned up and repaired the piece I’m passing on and now it looks like it did sixty years ago. I was so amazed on how beautiful it looked. The earring that was repaired has sentimental memories and thrilled to be able to wear it again. She reviewed the watches and the different coverage options for a battery replacement. I was able to go run an errand and within an hour I had two battery replacements completed. When I picked the watches up, the second receptionist was just as friendly. Great team and so far seems like great quality work, too!

The ring had a lot of worn and broken spots from years of wearing it. I dropped it off on Friday and was told by Wednesday of the next week it would be ready. About 24 hours after dropping it off, I received a message that it was ready. I just picked it up. I have never seen her ring in this pristine of condition. I brought my dad with me to pick it up and both were in disbelief when we saw it. He said it looked just like it did when he picked it out for her. I highly recommend them if you need any repairs. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you for bringing part of my mom back to me. I am forever grateful.

When we walked he suddenly had a laser repair option. We said no thanks and went to fast-Fix Roseville. They were friendly, professional and FAST! Turnaround time was good, dropped off Sunday afternoon, picked up Monday evening. Pricing was reasonable especially considering how quickly they had it done. We have also used them for small watch repairs for my husband, and have been pleased with the level of customer service. I also like that they use text notifications so you know when your stuff is done!

The staff was friendly and the work was done in site, quickly and the price was fair.My daughter had received a Tori Burch watch as a bday gift, it arrived with a dead battery. We tried taking to the store it was purchased from. They said it would have to be sent out, take 21 days and cost $50. My daughter found another TB watch she liked so we exchanged it. As we were leaving we noticed that this one was not working either. We were told the same...$50, 21 days...blah, blah, blah. The clerk recommended we take it to Fast Fix. They delivered. Bday gift saved. Disappointing that the store that sold the watches (Macys) is selling dead watches, and unable to make it right, but Fast Fix got us on our way. We will go back.

After they handed me my chain i happily walked out and went to put my pendant on it and then realized it wouldn’t fit over the clasp. I went back and told them the situation and he happily said he would fix it for me no charge when i even admitted it was my fault and asked for pricing. The chains turned out beautiful without even a mark showing they were broken in the first place. I was referred over from Nordstrom to fix the glass cover on my boyfriends Armani watch, not only were they all very professional, they were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend bringing your items here. We only use them, and have had our jewelry repaired here at least 10 times in the last few years. They even managed to save my boyfriends mothers expensive watch that had an adventure going through the washer and dryer. I am by no means a wealthy person, and I have found the prices very reasonable every time we have gone in.
