I teach business courses at the college level and I use them as an example on how to run a business. Great company and a fantastic employees. Store manager knows his stuff inside and out. He is what I teach that would be considered excellent management material. I say this because of his technical skills and also because of his excellent people skills.He educates his people properly, he doesnt yell or scream or intimidate his employees. He ever so calm and methodical in his approach to his customers both existing and new customers. I couldnt say anything more without being redundant about him and his people. I was surprised I was helped so thoroughly even though some of the workers were busy with other clients (1 in English and another in Spanish).I was serviced by the manager who walked me through the process of pawning and selling some of my jewellery. Comment: Definitely a good experience at this location, I have been familiar with the express spawn shop chain for a while now and after attending multiple ones in the past this has to be the quickest and most comfortable experience Ive had. To begin with the location was convenient and generally nice. I had been looking to potentially pawn/sell a few things and purchase some electronic equipment. The management was superb and actually motivated me to write a review which I rarely do. Thank you to the lovely manager for helping me out smoothly, normally at other locations they do not seem to care as much and communicate with you as well but here it was great. I hope other people experience the same customer satisfaction I did here at the Balboa location.

Sofia and Daniel have always been there for me and I like to thank them. Express pawn is fast and courteous and has items from time to time, that im curious in buying, from music, gaming, hardware and jewelry, Express has it all. Sofia is a fantastic associate when it comes to sales and knowledge of jewelry and store items and Daniel knows his music, technology and overall everything, good team work express pawn has.
