Comment: After relocating to the central coast for a teaching position, I found myself wandering through downtown SLO one day and stumbled upon a red tent emblazoned with white text reading Estate360. Instead of approaching it directly, I searched for Estate360 on Google and discovered it was an online estate sale platform. Since that moment, Ive become a collector of various knick-knacks, memorabilia, and antiques. Perhaps Ive delved deeper than I should have, but the thrill remains undiminished, with my fascination growing into a delightful passive hobby Ive indulged in for over a year.Im convinced that a significant portion of my attachment to Estate 360 stems from the genuine warmth and inclusivity of its staff. Sean Crawford, Vance Wenter, and John Henry Rodriguez, among others, possess a unique ability to make every customer feel cherished and part of their extended family. Having attended roughly 65 estate sales (quite the experience, I admit), I can sincerely attest that these gents, alongside other team members, have created a special bond with me and many other regulars. Comment: Ive had several positive experiences with Estate 360, we have traveled from Santa Maria to Avenal to Clovis for some great finds! Their website is incredibly user-friendly, making it a breeze to find and bid on unique items. However, theres room for improvement in their pick up process, mainly for larger auctions (like store liquidations). I believe they can be better planned, and organized to make them much more efficient. With that being said, I also wish other customers realize how much work goes into these and would be a little more kind and understanding at pick-ups. :) Their employees work so hard to make these happen and deserve to be treated with kindness. Dylan and Josh have been a pleasure to work with. Overall, a great source for unique finds!

Comment: We started purchasing items on estate 360 a year and a half ago when we moved to California’s central coast. We have been able to purchase, living room and bedroom furniture, lamps, pots and pans, artwork, knickknacks and more. We have saved so much money. We bought a huge concrete 3-tiered fountain and many plants and ceramic pots and it looks great.The pick-up process has always gone great. Ann has helped us at many of them and she has always been professional and nice. She is efficient and always quickly shows us where our piles of items are. The pay on-line process is easy and time saving.Today we picked up items and Ann and John had things running smoothly and professionally. Thanks for all your hard work!

Comment: My brother-in-law passed away in September in Paso Robles, CA. All family members lived out of state. We are grateful that we found Estate360 & Dylan Deaton, to help us with the sale of the items in our brother-in-laws home. Im sure that this was a relatively small estate, compared to some of the estates that Dylan deals with. Dylan was very helpful, especially since we were out of town. He was also very cognizant of the dates that we needed to work with, due to timing of putting the home on the market. The estate sale went as planned, the pick up was as planned. If any issues came up, Dylan personally worked the issues. We appreciate all of the work that he did to help with this sale.

As a Real Estate Broker I can not receive any compensation for referrals so I say this will all honesty, they have been great with several of my clients looking to move a large amount of items in a short amount of time. They have worked for my clients from Paso Robles to Santa Maria and the feedback I got from my clients was that they were awesome to work with. I have personally purchased many items from them as well. I love being able to pick up unique things. Sometimes when you go to pick-up the wait can be long, so be patient. They have to both keep an eye on the house while moving the items out. I hate to wait, but I appreciate that they are being careful with peoples belongings.

Ive had the pleasure of getting to work with Ashley on a few things, since Im kind of a beginner auction guy. Because Im a beginner, Ive probably been a little bit of problem child, and Ashley has been professional and wonderful in all aspects. Ive needed some things shipped because of distance and it was all handled right. Its refreshing to work with someone who you feel cares about what they do. The process was easy and I was able to obtain the dolls for a steal of a price! The dolls are very important to me as they help me preach to kids about god. During my many auctions I have had the upmost help from Sean Crawford, through our religious bond and shared care for our porcelain babies, I want to say that estate 360 is 5star company with 5 star employees.

We were hesitant to allow an auction, due to parking restrictions, and the privacy of our other tenants. Trish listened to all of our concerns, took them into consideration and pulled off the sale without issue. I have now observed the process from a landlord point of view as well as a customer, Trish and her team are great, and I would be happy to work with them again in the future.

Not only did they organize and sell 98% of my beautiful Mommas belongings, they actually cared! Trish and Michelle, were the most kindest loving people I have ever met! The hardest part was sorting through our Mommas belongings and they truly took the anxiety and stress away. I will never ever forget the care and true concern they showed for my family. Comment: The Estate360 team were professional and efficient in selling the belongings of an elderly friend who could no longer live alone in his home. Estate360 attracted a much wider audience than we could ever hope to have reached on our own and the sale proceeds were greater than we expected. There were no buyers traipsing through the house and no haggling over price. The entire process took about two weeks after which we had an empty house to prep for sale. They handled everything beautifully, exactly as promised.
