We went to get an issue fixed on our car and he made us feel like family and took care of everything and had the issue with our car fixed in under an hour! If you need to take your car in for service ask for Matthew because the way he treated us and took care of our car lets us know he cares. We had gone to Glendora toyota and they could care less about helping us, they told us they didnt have time and to go see the parts department when we needed services done. So we left there and went to West Covina Toyota and thanks to Matthew it was the best experience we had.

Then helped me look up any possible warranties on my vehicle. He walked all the way to my car, checked my vin, and let me know that Im eligible to get multiple warranty repairs on my vehicle, from paint, transmission and fuel injector!He then got the two parts I needed for my sunroof, and without me even asking for a discount, gave me a discount off the list price!I left with what I needed at a good price, and then some! We figured with the amount of gas we were spending a month, we might as well buy a 2nd car.We stopped at the West Covina Plaza and saw an advertisement for Envision Toyota of West Covina, so we figured why not.We were greeted by Julian Robles and from the get go, we knew we were in business with him. He wasnt pushy, as you would expect salespeople to be. Instead he was friendly, and welcoming. He was all over the questions we had in regards to the 2022 Toyota Corolla SE. We took the one we eyed out on a test drive, and she drove smooth. White exterior, and black interior.Julian was all over the questions we had in regards to the vehicles warranty, performance. Weve visited a few dealerships from Cerritos, to Downey, and even El Monte, but the salespeople were disappointing when it came to answering our questions .Once we came back from the test drive, he ran our credit, and had David Porter, from financing come out to greet us. He looks intimidating and it literarily felt, like we were walking into the principles office. Thats just his appearance. David was great, and very patient with explaining financing to us. He was detailed about the APR and all of the documents we had to sign.By the time, we were done with financing, Julian had filled up our gas tank, had our car washed and placed a big red bow for pictures. Like I said, we werent planning to drive off with a car, as we had laundry day clothing on, so nope, we wont share the picture.I cant emphasize how much we hate car shopping, and feeling belittled by snobby salespeople, however, I would definitely come back to see these guys again.Oh, and not to mention, that Julian calls, and texts to check up on you as a customer to assure you are content with your purchase. Comment: My Toyota Camry hybrid was having an issue where it would not accelerate after coming to a stop. Wed have to shut the car off and put it in park and turn it back on again for it to accelerate. I spoke to Pat on the phone and he agreed to look at it first thing in the morning as I called a few minutes before they were closing. I brought the vehicle in, the service was fast and friendly. I waited a reasonable amount of time before the master technician came back and thoroughly explained the cause of the issue and the solution. Everything was done at a very reasonable price. Im surprised at the treatment I received because normally you dont find this at a dealership.

The dealership had a great selection of vehicles for me to choose from and the deal I was offered was much better the the other Toyota dealers I visited. My sales person Allen is the best. He is very knowledgeable and explained to me all the options and features of all the vehicles I viewed patiently. Allen even called me the night of my purchase and the morning after to make sure the car drove and performed as expected. The finance process was easy and fast and my vehicle was washed and presented to me in showroom quality. I highly recommend Toyota of West Covina to everyone, you will be treated like VIP.I really love my new Camry :)

I was having an already bad day because I had an appointment to service my car at Penske Toyota in Downey I had always taken my car there since bought, I got there a little late the person who talk to me was rude told me that I had to wait 3 + hours to get my car service or pick up my car at night very rudely so I said I would take it to the West Covina dealer and he said well then go ahead just like that. He didn’t offer me any more option . My boyfriend & I were greeted right away. Steve Coto helped us out. Asked what we were looking for and what we were looking to spend. I went in thinking I would be coming home in a pre owned car since I wanted very low payments. But to my surprise I ended up leaving in a brand new car. Comment: Great service! I walked into the dealership at 9:30am, shortly after they opened. Arthur greeted my brother and I promptly at the door and asked how he could help us; he was extremely friendly and helpful about everything we asked. I came in wanting to look at a specific car I saw on the Cerrified Toyota website, I was looking to buy a used Prius C. Arthur took us right to the car, explained why the car being certified was beneficial, and showed us the carfax report right away. I took the car for a test drive and fell in love. Next we came inside and Arthur ran through the numbers with us, and after some time we came to a consensus on what would work for me, and Arthur made it happen. When it came to signing all the paper work David helped with that step, and was also extremely helpful and encouraging without being overbearing or pushy. Overall my experience was extremely pleasant and for most of the time I was nervous because this was the first car I have ever purchased. They could sense this and did everything in their power to combat those feelings, by making sure I understood everything at each step of the process. I drove off of the lot at 2:30pm, owning my first car!

Thats not the only reason Im writing this review. Usually buying a car is a dreaded experience but the help we got from our Sales Person Art Q., was exceptional, friendly, no pressure, just the facts. We knew right away we could work with this person. And the Sales Team leader Danny H made us feel at home with his happy attitude and willingness to help. And the whole process was done quickly, absolutely the most pleasant experience weve ever had buying a car from any dealer. Before we went to Penske, we started out at West Covina Honda across the street. What a difference. The morale of the employees was very poor and cold. They wanted us to buy a car we really didnt like and it was obvious they were trying to unload this car for awhile. The trade in price they offered us was ridiculous and insulting. So if youre down that way to shop for a car BY PASS HONDA and go directly to Penske Toyota where you will be treated like family.
