Comment: Joseph is a great salesman! My mom and I came to buy myself a Camry XSE Hybrid. We made some compromises because Joseph was reasonable and not pushy. He has great customer service skills! Joseph politely met us outside as soon as we pulled into a parking spot with no delay and that was greatly appreciated! He was very helpful and kind! Comment: I shopped virtually every Toyota dealer in the South Bay and wound up buying a new 2023 Corolla Hatchback from Envision. It was very easy to work with Joseph in Sales. He got me a fair trade in on my car and worked within my budget without some of the cheesy tactics you see at other dealerships … no holding onto my keys or license when I visited the keep me in the dealership. Hard to believe some dealers still treat people that way. Gus in finance is also very reasonable and easy to work with. This is the first Toyota in our family. No question the second will be from Envision too!

Comment: I was dropping my vehicle off for an oil change and routine maintenance check, when I received a call from Jhimbo L. Espiritu from inside Toyoto who said he would like to make me an offer on my Rav 4.I thought the call was odd because I had just dropped off my vehicle and was waiting for my Lyft. He asked if he could come out and give me his card.He was very pleasant and professional, so I took his card and when I came back to pick up my vehicle I went to speak with him, but he had to step out.The staff was eager to help me but I told them I would follow up with Jhimbo because he gave me his card.I had not considered replacing my vehicle, but I am glad I was open to listening to what he had to offer. Jhimbo really listened to my needs and it was all about me and not just another sale to him. Comment: I came to this dealership to test drive a 2023 Toyota Tacoma after doing some homework on pickup trucks online. I didnt really intend to buy the first one I test drove but I also knew the model I wanted for my upcoming off-grid life was getting scarce, and my VW had been having many expensive repairs just ahead of a cross country trip in winter.Robert Morales helped me with the Toyota I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and while he wanted to sell the car, his manner was completely low-pressure and he was very helpful, personable, and kind. I saw that the truck was a very fair price, and he also was able to apply a promotional discount. I bought it, and though I thought buying a new vehicle would be scary and stressful, this dealership made it an easy no-brainer and low-stress. The finance manager was very good and while I was astonished at what the taxes and fees came to, a close review of the paperwork after I got home showed that everything was exactly as agreed on with Robert, and completely above board.Im really glad I came here for the test drive that became a purchase, and Im also super glad I wont get stranded by my VW and can haul things around on my homestead in my new Toyota pickup truck.I definitely recommend starting and finishing here if you are looking for a Toyota. Five stars from me!

This great team assisted me with my recent purchase of a 2023 Camry. Absolutely Love my new car!I was accommodated immediately looking for a new 2023 blue hybrid Camry XLE and the whole process was very fast and seamless. It was especially nice because many other dealerships I called did not have the same inventory listed on their websites but this one had precisely what they described. I called to confirm the car was going to be in and Lamar helped me schedule an appointment to go over everything and reserve the car, he was very clear. Lamar helped me take take a similar car for a test drive, explaining all the features to me. I was apprehensive because the car came with a moon roof but Lauren helped to clarify that the moon roof was a good distance from the headrest of the driver seat and that Toyota moon roofs very rarely if ever fail. This vastly increased my confidence. The atmosphere was very friendly and inviting. I was offered free coffee and hot chocolate which were quite nice and provided a bottle of water which were both very appreciated. The features were thoroughly and meticulously explained to me as well as the finance aspect reviewed. They informed me that the car would arrive about 5 - 10 days later. I was pleasantly surprised when the car was ready only 3 days later incredibly fast, it arrived faster than Amazon Prime.The finance part was clearly explained and the process pleasant. The 2023 Camry Hybrid XLE was impressive and a great deal. Android Auto and Toyota Connect apps were recommended and I am thankful as they help improve the experience that the nice car provides.There was incredible follow through with the customer service throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were answered. Lamar kindly helped me install the license plates. The level of commitment and dedication the employees provide here is impressive. This dealership is stress free and everyone should see it as the first and ideally only choice to get a car.

Comment: Make sure to ask for salesman Thomas Ochoa. I bought a 2011 4runner from this dealership without seeing it in person and trusted them. Completely satisfied with the buying process from Chicago. Tough battle with the demand and availability on 4runners around the country but glad I found it from this dealership. Their pre inspection made sure everything was road ready. Their service dept installed a new battery which was great on them. Dianna from finance helped out as well with the loan paperwork making sure everything was in order. I’m happy Tom put in the same energy dealing with a customer over the phone as if we came to them in person. Tom had a battle with many customers with this car and glad I ended up being the buyer. He could’ve sold it to someone on the spot but kept his word and sold it to me 2,150 miles away. Thank you Piercey Toyota!!
