Comment: I had been looking for trucks online for a while and was hesitant to walk in to a dealer because I didn’t want to deal with the long hours and hassle of paperwork like I had with past car dealers. I saw a Ford F-150 powerboost that I liked so I decided to check it out. Comment: Bought a gorgeous 2017 Lincoln MKX with the great help of Jadd Halaby. Im in Utah and saw the car on CarGuru then contacted Jadd (the price was a Carguru Great Price). I knew the market and made an offer which Jadd made even better by taking my not-perfect trade without overcompensating on the price, which dealers often do. Not only did the price work out, but the condition of the car was far and above the competition making the price not only great, but unattainable anywhere else due to the fact that I could never find such a like new 2017 car. All our dealings were over the phone and I had to trust him as I personally trailered my trade from out of state with the intent of trailering the new vehicle back out of state (and thus avoid CA taxes... yay!). Well, imagine my elation when I saw this car that was, honestly, like new... it was BETTER than Jadd described and it had even more features than he listed (massaging seats.... oh yeah...). Couldnt be happier with this deal.. even the finance office was a a good experience where they didnt try to gouge me, were super friendly and honest. Id look here again if I were in the market.

Comment: Came here yesterday “just to look” and left with a beautiful Ford Mach E . The whole team was nice and helpful but Walter was the main man to help us. From the beginning Walter was professional, efficient, and welcoming. He showed us around and asked what we liked without pressuring us. We were able to test drive the car and he explained all the features the car had. The process was long but to be expected. Even though I was in a rush (for a birthday dinner) it was a nice experience. I would definitely recommend to come here, thank to Walter and the dealerships teams.

He’s a great guy, very upfront, and extremely helpful. I like the conversations I’ve had to help guide me and help with the car purchase while respecting my budget. This is the only dealership for service and car purchase I come to. Overall the staff is very good. Finance department is very understanding and want to help get people in new cars.

Comment: I stopped in to Envision and was quickly greeted by Ash the Salesman. He showed me around the lot and didn’t waste time pulling up the car info on the used cars we were viewing. I decided on a Mercedes and he was very efficient in getting the paperwork together and briefing the steps. Altogether he was extremely professional and personal which definitely went a long way in making the car buying an easy and more relaxed process. Ash and his coworkers all provided exceptional service so I would highly recommend stopping by their lot if you’re browsing for used and new vehicles.

I don’t think I have ever been pressure sold here or had to deal with and BS that I got from other dealers in the area. Take your time with the team and you will get a good car. I worked out the details of my deal with Isaac Barraza over the phone and agreed on a day for me to come in for the paperwork. He was a man of his word and gave me exactly what we agreed upon once I arrived, absolutely no problems! I live over an hour away and I appreciated the transparency provided by Isaac and Envision. I honestly was thinking I would be buying the ranger which I had originally pre ordered but after seeing how the color looked like in person it saddened me and just wasn’t what I wanted. The car salesman Isaac Barazza took me around the lot where I was able to compare vehicles and see if there was anything else I could get myself into since I urgently needed a vehicle. After expressing my interests to the salesman he searched his system got me into a few vehicles and I never thought I’d say this but I loved the explore a lot. I also ended up buying it. Great customer service from this gentleman I’m having my mom stop by to look at the bronco next week.

After couple dealers and test drives, we encountered all kinds of salesman personalities, from pushing to verly acknowledging our presence and everything in the middle. On our last effort, we went to envision Ford, in Oxnard, CA, they were very polite since the beginning, patient and kind specially Miguel (skinny Miguel, since theres two people named the same), our salesman.We did take finally the bronco for a test drive and Miguel was very patient and knowledgeable, making it easy to feel confident to chose this dealer, then, Xavier, on the financing department did not fall short from Miguel.Excellent team!, great job training and hiring personal, big shout out to the management, we are definitely happy clients of Envision Ford in Oxnard CA!

Comment: We had such a nice experience purchasing our car from Arkan! I would absolutely recommend a visit to him since he made us feel extremely comfortable, was very transparent about the deal and did everything in his power to make sure we left satisfied. We were in and out with keys in hand in about 4 hours, which was fast in my book. A good amount of that time was the test drive and the initial negotiations. Freddy was our finance manager and he did a great job in getting us what we wanted for our trade in, didnt push any extras very hard and managed to get us a fairly good interest rate given the financial climate. We were in and out of his office in 30 minutes. Overall, we were very happy with the whole experience and will not hesitate to recommend this team and visit again when its time to replace the wifes car!UPDATE*Just had the car detailed per the purchase agreement. They were very communicative regarding the scheduling of the appointment, very flexible with my time given the detail guy was only there on Fridays and accommodated me on a Monday. I got prompt notice when it was completed and had no issue picking it up later that day. The detail job was FANTASTIC!! Great work!
