Comment: Well, after 30 years together, we finally decided to get married... at the last minute! My husband was looking at Pawn shops to buy himself a wedding band. He had heard you can get more for your money if you check out the Pawn shops. We went to El Cajon Jewelry and Loan and after trying on a few rings, he found the one he wanted. It is just his style- flashy! This was the only shop we went to. McKenzie was very helpful, as was Gary. They knew the wedding was only a couple of days away. McKenzie helped him get sized properly so they could send the ring off to be made larger. Gary ensured it was back in time for the wedding. That was so nice and we truly appreciated it. They both were great. No pressure at all and happy to show us the rings and tell us about each one before we found the right one. I mentioned that I have some jewelry that needs to be repaired and McKenzie said they can send it out to their jeweler to get the repairs done if I wanted to have them do it for me. So, I will be back to get the repairs done for my own jewelry as well. On Monday, after we were married, McKenzie called us to congratulate us! That was so thoughtful. We will definitely be back the next time we are looking for jewelry. I am very happy and impressed with El Cajon Jewelry and Loan. Thanks McKenzie and Gary!

I walked thru the doors the other day and was greeted with a warm welcome. Devin initially assisted me with my inquiry and shortly thereafter, Mckenzie and Melisa jumped in to expedite the process. The conversation with all 3 employees was friendly, easy and enjoyable! I received a quote beyond my expectation for my items so all in all, it was a great day! Comment: After checking out a couple of Jewelry places, I came across El Cajon Jewelry and Loan. I was having a hard time finding what I wanted. The other places were no help or willing to help. When I walked in El Cajon Jewelry and Loan I was greeted right away by 2 young female staff members. They were very polite. As I explained to one of the young ladies what I wanted, right away she said, “of course I can help you.” She was very friendly and full of positive vibes and energy. Comment: The whole point of a pawn shop is to build up a relationship so you can get more for your items going forward. This place does that. Unlike other pawn shops which only pay you for the gold weight, they actually loan based on several factors. Number of times you have used them, items value, etc. I appreciate that they do the best they can even when they really dont want to take something. I love these guys. The owner is awesome and so are the people that work here. Ive never had a negative experience here and they always try to help me even if it ends up not working out. I highly recommend this pawn shop over the others in the area.
