I decided to go local since having such a bad experience at a large jewelry retailer. They were extremely fast, I got my ring back 4 days sooner. Also my rings are platinum, which is harder to find a jeweler who knows how to handle platinum correctly. I would definitely recommend them.

So I found their website on my phone and was looking a locket and some diamond stud earrings. Their website is filled with a large variety of all kinds of jewelry including gemstones. So I decided to go there during my wheelchair training and they were wheelchair accessible. I went in and was greeted by friendly staff they said let them know if I needed assistance.. No sales pressure which I liked. When I inquired about certain types of jewelry she showed me what I was looking for and answering all of my questions. She showed me differences in diamonds. I ended up purchasing a set of diamond earrings and a locket and chain. They even gave me a veteran discount. Thanked them for that and left as a very satisfied customer. They reinforced the prongs on the diamond ring and cleaned the diamond. My wife couldnt believe how great the rings looked. The diamond sparkled!!!Thanks.06/22/2022. This time, I took a pair of diamond earrings to be repaired. Each earring had 4 diamonds. One of the earrings was missing a diamond and I needed it replaced. While they were replacing the diamond, they noticed that the prongs on many of the diamonds were weak. They repaired them for us free of any charges. Thanks again for the excellent customer service.

Jewelry cleaning and inspections are free, and it is always a pleasure visiting at DJs.Today I picked up a necklace they repaired which I wear all the time. It gets thin spots on the clasp and the links which connect the medallions snd the chain. They only charged me for these repairs even though they found 8 other thin spots which they reinforced, and they got my necklace back to me quickly so I can wear it again. This is the kind of service you receive at DJ’s which sets them apart from other jewelers!

This was caused during the resizing of it done by a jewelry repair place in Roseville). Long story short, the ladies at DJ’s Jewelers were super welcoming & friendly. They were able to get the jewelery cleaned, my ring repaired, and ended up fusing a band to it as well (my fiancé’s idea), all for a very reasonable price. The work done by the jeweler was EXCELLENT. DJ’s left us wishing we had gone to them to begin with.Lesson learned: stay local and go with a well-known jeweler that’s been in the area for a long time!
