Comment: Before the Sellers market hit AZ. I liked, that there wasnt any pressure at the time to buy a home. Plus, Desert Properties had the list of the homes, we sent from San Diego, that we like, and were interested in. I looked at a few properties with another Realtor (Sun River). But, these Realtors, were to uptight, and we felt pressured to buy. We felt like a young childrens, being force to eat vegetables against our will! Crystal and Jason from Dezert Properties are very down to earth and very knowledgeable. I was very fortunate at the time to speak one on one with the actual owners of our current property; to negotiate a final selling price. Afterwards, everything went very well. Crystal and Jason will always be our Realtor and friends. Whether you are selling or buying, I would highly recommend Dezert Properties. They listen!!!! Thats important to us.
