Monir wasnt just welcoming, but he so thoroughly explained how the process worked, the expectations of value and how to look for flaws with the loop/grading of stones.While i was there, people were getting jewelry cleaned, repaired, and he also showed me some amazing engraving thats done on site. Desire exceeded all of my expectations from the quality of the jewelry, custom craftsmenship, quick turnaround, and most of all the customer service by the owners (Monir and Jennifer). When you walk into Desire you don’t feel like just a customer, you feel like family. For Christmas I wanted to give my girlfriend a promise/commitment ring, but didn’t just want to buy from a big box store where multiple people could buy the same thing, for this special milestone in our relationship I wanted something unique, something nobody else had. Monir and Jennifer helped me view lots of different rings, narrow it down to just a few, and then take the one we selected (18K White Gold with Diamonds and Sapphire) and added various customizations to the band to make it like no other ring out there. The final outcome was absolutely perfect! My girlfriend was so surprised and loved every aspect of it. Comment: I originally discovered Desire Jewelry because I was looking for a local jeweler to resize a diamond and platinum ring and rhodium plate another white gold and diamond wedding band I have. I searched locally and remembered seeing Desire Jewelry when walking through the village in Glendora.My husband and I were greeted by Monir and Jenny who are the husband and wife creative team and owners of Desire Jewelry. I found them both to be extremely friendly and trustworthy so I dropped off both rings and was delighted to hear that they would be completed the same day. We went back that evening to find a live band playing outside and light hors doeuvres and wine being offered inside their store. We had a wonderful time getting to know Monir and Jenny and I discussed my desire to have a custom wedding ring and bands made for our upcoming 20 year wedding anniversary. Within a week, they had diamond samples for me to see that were perfect for the 2 carat diamond ring I had envisioned. We sat down with them for several hours trying on different rings to see what I liked and Jenny took notes so that she could created computerized 3D renderings of my vision. In what was a very short span of time, we found ourselves sitting down with Monir and Jenny again to view the beautiful designs they came up with. They created a new 2 carat cushion cut diamond with platinum setting for me with pave halo and 2 diamond wedding bands for me to wear on either side of the main diamond...representing the past, present and future. It has been a few months since I received my new beautiful rings and everyday I admire them and their craftsmanship. I know that not a single other person has this unique set of rings that they made for me.Since completing my rings, I have enjoyed complimentary ring inspections and cleanings whenever I stop in. Just recently, my husband needed a new watch battery for a watch and the back of the case required a very tiny Allen wrench to open the back instead of the standard small screws. No one sells and Allen wrench this tiny so do you know what Monir did? He made customized an Allen wrench to be able to open the case back of my husbands watch so he could get a new battery. Not too many people take the genuine time or effort to do this. Monir and Jenny are so kind, talented and trustworthy. My husband wants a new wedding band also and I know we will be back soon to discuss the designs with Desire Jewelry so that they again can make our dreams come true.

Comment: I was in search for same day rings resizing needed asap for my upcoming destination wedding. I found Desire Jewelry close to my work and since the reviews were great I decided to get both my resizing there. I called a couple of days before to see if they have same day resizing and walk-ins. Jennifer said they did and give me an estimate. I walked in a couple of days later and Jennifer was welcoming and assisted me with the sizing. I went for half a size up due to pandemic pause on the wedding, my ring was snug on my finger. I thought it might take the end of the day to pick up but I was surprised to get a call after 2 hrs that my ring was ready for pick up. When I picked up rings, both the owner were welcoming and friendly. It was nice that they did a little extra on my rings and now they fit nicely. I appreciate the prompt timing of my ring and their kind gesture. Will recommend this to other. Thank you Desire Jewelry.

Comment: I recently went to repair my Citizen Quartz (CQ) watch (a nice golden-colored watch, estimated value at $99) here with Monsir, the man who works at this shop early on Saturday morning. It was convenient to be able to accomplish this job so early at 9:30AM, as the other watch specialty shop two blocks away didnt open until 11AM. Monsir was able to do the job on my decade-old watch for a reasonable price of $10 to shorten the band and replace the battery within this older model that may be difficult for other watchmakers to successfully repair. Therefore, I feel that a 5-star rating is reasonable.

Comment: I havent been able to trust a jewelry store in many years. Needing a promise ring, I decided to give this place a try. Their customer service and knowledgeable staff was amazing. I went in with a simple request and came out with a stunning ring that would take her breathe away. Price??? Very reasonable... I would recommend this place to anyone who has even the slightest thought of getting something for themselves or their loved ones.

Comment: When I needed some work on my ring I asked friends for a referral to a trusted jeweler in the area and this one got praises. I walked in and after they determined exactly what I wanted done, they said they could have it done in 45 minutes. When I came back it was ready as promised and looked lovely! Customer service was great. I would definitely recommend them. I will be back!

Comment: Had a 30 year old wedding band that was so worn out it was cracking, another ring with some diamonds, and some loose gold. Monir and Jennifer did a great job helping my wife and I understand how we could take the three things and create a new, custom built wedding band while keeping the sentimental value. In a very short time, they took our ideas and built my ring on the computer better than I had envisioned it. The work was done promptly, the pricing was extremely fair, and I couldnt be happier with the end product.Was great that they also give each customer a card with John 3:16, a way to share the good news of Christ in a simple, yet effective way.

Comment: Was looking to get an engagement ring. Jennifer and Monir were able to help in all aspects or buying the diamond and ring. I was able to buy an AMAZING looking loose diamond and have it custom set in a ring to my specs. Needless to say my wife-to-be was floored by her ring. Best experience Ive had. Didnt get the pressure to buy something like some of the bigger jewelry stores give you. I will definitely be coming back.

Comment: I needed my ring resized but every store I called said it would take at least a couple of days, so when I called Desire Jewelry and they said they would do it while I waited, and for cheaper than any other store I called, it was a no-brainer. We enjoyed visiting with the friendly owners while we waited and also looked at their amazing jewelry, much of which they designed and made themselves.

We were very pleased with their work as well as their friendly, professional manner. I then went in to see if they could remake a ring I had purchased online many years ago into something I really liked and would want to wear. They came up with a design and ten days later...wow! Comment: I just had to state what happened when i experienced the best jewler around the foothills. Every other shop i visted only disappointed me with excuses, poor work, & high prices. Then i walked into desires and met Monir. I shared with him how no one could fix my watch Ive had for five yrs. It would still loose time after others said they fixed it. Monir @ Desires not only fix it permanent... He became artistic, while having taken it apart, when he assembled it again he showed me alot of options which allowed me to upgrade and change the entire look... fresh & more modern looking. Thoroughly cleaning and resurfacing - polishing it to look better than new!No one else now only Monir will get the business.. way to go Desires Joey
