I had a few cars in mind that I wanted to check out but was then told that I would not have been able to finance it. They then helped me through the process and explained which cars I was able to finance and even managed to pick one very similar to the one I had originally wanted. Everyone was very helpful in getting me through the process and helped me get the monthly payment I needed! Overall, the staff were a huge help along with a good selection of cars!

Comment: Ive purchased two vehicles from this dealer, first a 2017 Lexus IS200t F-Sport in September 2018, then a 2016 Lexus GS350 F-Sport in June 2020. Both my IS & my current GS have held up well so far with no problems. It was my first couple of times purchasing a vehicle from a used car dealer & service was very fast & easy, friendly staff & have a nice big selection of used luxury vehicles, mainly Lexus. Prices are less than most other dealers Ive researched. I will for sure return again in the future if I buy another used Lexus.

Asian ppl talk like that has nothing to do being rude 2. You don’t need them show you the car because most car there won’t be ready til they do a smog checkIf you don’t buy the car no one buy the car they don’t do smogThey need to do work on the car first . If you like the car you put down 500$ deposit then they will smog n fix small issues you point out and you wait forA week to pick it up but it’s good priceCar in great conditionYou don’t like the car later they refund you 500$ depositThere is no bait switchBut come during the morning I think they too busy they can’t help you good at evening or night . Comment: I bought a 2013 limited edition TOYOTA sienna here at 107,xxx miles, today it is at 275,889 miles ( The Beauty of it, was that it still is a hassle free vehicle * i still get compliments from friends on how quiet my engine is & transmission still shifts like Bruce Lee before and after 2 flushes at 177k and 240k )Took it everywhere, that included visiting family out of state, camping, even helped my aunt moved to washington with the van full of furnitures and items which the sienna was capable of hauling 3,000 lbs and maybe a little more . Wether in any WEATHER through snow🌨, rain⛈ ..my sienna maintained .aside from that, the service here is very family oriented. felt at home during the whole transaction. they’d even prep my van before presentation and deep cleaned it before finalizing the purchase. great place, professional, although small but welcoming . planning to purchase the hybrid sienna here in the future because of the great services, prices, and conveniences .Thank You for the great purchase and services DELUXE AUTO DEALER

Comment: I usually dont comment that often. but i have a relative objective judgement on two car dealers recently because i bought two exactly same cars except the colors. 2017 accord v6 contour became extinct as you know, plus you cant get right lane warning any more. so i bought one from this dealer for $24300 out of door with 15800 miles and $26400 out of door from another honda dealer with 25325 miles. BUT THE EXPENSIVE ONE WITH HIGHER MILES COME WITH WARRANTY BUT VERY CHEAP NEW TIRES .so I get much better deals and service in Deluxe auto dealer. they might appear less professional and their salemans english is not that good, but no communication problem. i will recommend this dealer if you like deals.

Comment: I knew the day would eventually come when I’d have to say goodbye to my trusty ‘87 Toyota Corolla, but when it did, it still hurt nonetheless. It was only after a trip to my longtime mechanic, Jack, and his informing me of the needed repairs which would cost well over $1,000, that I decided a “new” used car made in the 2000s would be a much wiser decision. It was Jack who then told me to go see his guy Daniel at Deluxe Auto Dealer. I’d trusted him to work on my car for the last ten years, so I had no reason not to take his advice. Man, I’m glad I did cause not only did Daniel find the car I was looking for, a Honda Civic, but he managed to find me one made in 2012, with low miles, that runs great and in my preferred color black. My credit isn’t horrible and it’s not stellar either, but they worked with me to get the best financing possible, which I appreciated. I’ve worked in a car dealership before so I’m always a little leery whenever I walk into one, but this place really put me at ease from the start with their friendliness and attention to detail. I’m hoping I can drive my newly acquired Civic as long as I did my Corolla, but if not, I won’t hesitate to give Daniel a call again and ask him to pick me another winner.

The staff throughout the whole process was very friendly while efficient, but I do understand it is a used car dealership so they are always on the move tending customers unless you ask for additional help.
