Comment: Dawn is an exceptionally wonderful agent to work with! She not only helps you find answers to every question you have, she answers many you need to know the answers to but havent even thought of yet. She is calm and polite and quite empathetic with every feeling, every worry, every impulse and every decision that has to be made in the process of buying a property in the Coachella Valley region of California. It was only by almost incidental contact that we made a connection with her while looking for a property in Palm Desert. She didnt know us beforehand (a married couple from New York City) but she helped us tremendously every step of the way. Her calming attitude was essential in getting us through a long and, because of our specific situation, arduous extended escrow period, and she was nothing but supportive at every moment. She also on several occasions kept us from making a possible misstep in the process. Although there are many real estate agents working in this area, I cant think of how anyone else we could have found would have been as good to work with as was Dawn! Sure, she is trying to make a living in Real Estate, but she definitely seems to care much more about her clients needs than she does about her own, throughout the whole situation.If you dont pick Dawn for your agent, YOU ARE PROBABLY MAKING A BIG MISTAKE!{And, for the guys, she is also very easy on the eyes!)

She was the only option I ever considered for my sale, because my buying experience with her was so fluid and positive. She is patient, empathetic, knowledgeable in her feild, and on top of things in the crazy home buying and selling process. Comment: I met Dawn through my sister and absolutely loved how patient she was with her. She helped my sister through buying 2 houses and selling one and also helped my father buy his second home. When it came for my husband and I to buy a home I knew exactly who to go to! Dawn worked with our budget and was always sending us new listings. She was always available for any questions. Dawn never pressured us to make a decisions we weren’t comfortable with. In going through the process of buying a home I always felt safe with Dawn. I felt like she was always looking out for our best interests. She made sure to send me comps which, was a huge thing for me.
