Comment: Dave Hibbard has been my realtor for the sale of my townhouse! I reached out to him shortly after my husband had passed away to discuss selling but realized I wasn’t ready . He waited patiently for a year and in that year he continued to keep me updated on the homes that we’re selling in my neighborhood. When I contacted him to let him know I was ready, he proceeded to move into high gear and has been very kind, helpful and supportive in this process. He has handled all the details from the cleaning, photos, and the open house very professionally!! The open house created lots of interest and 3 days later I had 11 people interested! He really knows what he is doing and is able to talk me through the things I don’t understand! I accepted an offer with in 5 days and accepted a 3 week escrow. I am so grateful for all of his help. It was a hard time for to sell my place after losing my husband but Dave has made it so much easier and better than I thought the process could be!! As I said, he had to talk me through much of the process and he was patient and gave very good counsel and advice along the way. I would have him be my realtor again in a heartbeat! I totally would recommend him!

He is very knowledgeable of all the particulars.Dave was easily available whether by text, phone, or email.Dave has a wonderful strategy to interest buyers and it certainly worked for me. Anticipating that selling at this point in time, with the financial market such as it is, I expected it to be a lengthy process. It wasnt, thanks to Dave.I would highly recommend Dave Hibbard to anyone who is interested in selling a house.

Comment: Dave Hibbard goes well over above and beyond for you. He gets the job done for you and smoothly. I had to deal with probate and he was committed every little step with me. I never had to worry and if I did; he handled it. He was always available for my questions and updated me with any new changes. I highly recommend Dave Hibbard, thank you Dave you are awesome.

Comment: Dave has sold 2 homes for me; if I had a third home to sell, I would most definitely ask him to do it! He understands just how stressful this experience can be and was always patient, easy to contact and talk to and always kept me in the know of what was going on and where we were in the process!

Comment: I randomly bumped into Dave at an open house in Fullerton. We weren’t happy with the realtors we’ve been using to find our first home. After talking to him & asking him a bunch of questions as first time home searchers haha… I felt he was honest & made us feel comfortable (no push) … so we decided to start working together. He worked with us & was flexible when I wanted to see homes I found on my own. He was on it right away (not the experience I had with other realtors). When we found the one, he negotiated well for us. We love our home! We’re still here 10 years later. It was a short sale and a complicated one at that…but he got it for us! Because of our positive experience, we used Dave to help my mom sell her condo later on. She’s incredibly happy with the outcome of that sale as well. He and his team did an amazing job! Dave has become our friend. He’s actually pretty hilarious at times too… so I’d say it makes the stressful process of home buying/selling a lot more fun! lol We love Dave like family. If you want a truly caring & professional realtor, he’s your man! He’s earned our trust & will forever be our realtor as long as we’re in California.
